I used to use this when I was much younger. As I got older I moved to more high end products. When I saw this on Amazon I thought to give it another shot. I have to say it’s everything I remembered it to be. Application is smooth, light coverage and makes my skin feel good. I feel it works nicely and gives my pocket a break. I would recommend to people of all skin types.

Delivery was fast, product was well packaged. I love how this product absorbed easily and it is not highly scented. It kind of felt greasy at first but once I started rubbing it in, it felt less.greasy ovwrall. My skin overall feels and looks better but I can’t say larger wrinkles or dark spots are magically gone lol. I can however wear much less coverup and on the weekends I don’t wear any. I would definitely recommend this to everyone

Gives me a dewy finish and covers every single blemish and discoloration. The color could be a little lighter, however. Luckily, I have an olive tone skin and it works well. But I could see this not working on anyone with a fair or light skin tone.

During the summer I don’t like to wear heavy make up. This is light weight, with just a touch of color & I love that it is spf 15 so I don’t have to add more layers. It covers evenly and easily with no fragrance.

I have extremely sensitive skin and rarely wear makeup. I used to use DRMTLGY tinted moisturizer, either as a primer for foundation, or just by itself. Then it started to sting my skin and I had to stop using it. I saw an ad for this product and remembered that I had used it years ago, so I bought a new bottle. It’s perfect! Light and creamy, good coverage, no scent, no stinging, and less expensive than DRMTLGY. My new go-to!

When you open the bottle and start to use it, the first few pumps are kind of anemic – literally! Lighter than usual, a little oilier-feeling than usual. But I had read other reviews that insisted that after about 5-6 pumps, it got better, so I persisted. They were right! Within a week, the one-pump amount in my hand was the perfect shade and had a smooth, creamy texture.
I pump some onto my palm and use a finger of my other hand to sort of mix it around before putting it on my face. I don’t like applying it with a sponge, as some have suggested – I use my middle and ring fingers to spread it on. I rub it in gently, like I would moisturizer, rather than patting it on, like I would with foundation, and have been pleased with the results. If you follow it up with a heavier powder (like a mineral powder), it makes your skin looks flawless, but if you don’t spread the Olay product around evenly, then the powder can look cakey. I’ve moved to a translucent powder, and that enhances the Olay cream’s effects without looking too made-up.
Okay, so it’s pretty good as a foundation. It doesn’t hide every spot or every line unless you really slather it on. BUT…in two weeks, my skin looked firmer and the tone looked more even (I have some hyperpigmentation across my cheeks and nose from various medication, and that gives me fits). Within six weeks, I started wishing I had taken “before” pictures so I could post “before” and “after” — the hyperpigmentation has been reduced by about 50%, my pores are smaller, the fine lines that were threatening imminence are gone, even when I’m not wearing the product! I get compliments about my complexion now (“You look GREAT! Your face is so bright and smooth!”). Like I said, I had to change some of my other makeup to better complement the CC cream, but it’s been worth it. I bought my first bottle in July and just ran out of it last week — it doesn’t take much; plus there are days I go without makeup now because I’m no longer self-conscious about my skin, so that makes it last longer, too.
I’ve been a loyal Olay user since I was 30 (almost 15 years ago), and I credit regular use of their products and careful, limited sun exposure for my young-looking skin. People mentally group me in with the 25-to-34 age bracket and ask me what my secret is when they find out my real age. This CC cream is a great addition to my skin care regimen AND my makeup bag (I love being able to combine products!).

I was surprised how heavy this product went on. I was thinking it would be more moisturizing. Usually Olay products are very moisturizing. Anyway, it could have been my skin type, my moisturizer I used prior to using this. It actually made my moisturizer start rolling in little balls together as I was putting it on first using my fingers, next a makeup sponge and last a makeup brush.
It could work for you, who knows, give it a shot. Olay are very good products. My mother used nothing but Oil of Olay (always). Not one other product. She was not a lay in the sun girl, but yes did have be in the sun, she died at 81 and her skin was beautiful as it always was. I did her nails at the funeral home and yes I even put Oil of Olay on her. She never went anywhere without it.
