Due to the bottle not being closed completely some of the serum was over the box. Next time make sure bottles are closed properly.

It seems to be working but not at the pace I want. I am still searching for the right one. My face still jas the dark spots and it’s been over a month now . Well going into two and a half months I should say. It works really slow. Does Amy dark skinned lady on here uses one that works fast and by removing the dark sports and pimples at the same time?

This vitamin C serum helps fading dark spots and brightens skin appearance.
BTA –
If you have DRY or SENSITIVE skin (I have both – dry skin that’s easily irritated), this is not a good product for you. In fact, I saw this product listed as the best Vitamin C serum for people with OILY skin.
This has lactic acid in it; my skin couldn’t tolerate lactic acid on an everyday basis – it dried out my skin eve more. Moreover, the redness discoloration in my skin actually got even worse from this, because if you give your skin too much AHA than is good for your particular skin (which Lactic acid is), it will make skin discoloration worse, not better. I stopped immediately once I saw it get worse. In addition, it has fragrance in it which irritated my skin.
In addition, the purpose of Vitamin C is to even out discoloration and give extra protection from the sun when worn with SPF. AHA (lactic acid) makes your skin more sensitive to the sun, so doesn’t that defeat the purpose?? I do wish Olay would make this Vitamin C without the fragrance or lactic acid.
I can see it being a GOOD PRODUCT for people with OILY SKIN.
If you have DRY or SENSITIVE skin, I would strongly recommend the Vitamin C serums by CeraVe, Vanicream, or Naturium.
