I use to avoid these style brushes until now because of my experience back in the 80’s when they would snag and get stuck in my hair. This brush slides smooth as butter with my wavy medium thickness hair as I blow dry it straight. It gives me salon quality blow outs and straightening instead of ending up looking like cotton candy hair with just a blow dryer alone (it’s not a magic wand, you still need your quality hair products to eliminate dryness and frizz depending on your hair type). The brush is made of high quality material and looks absolutely luxurious. I pop it in my purse when I’m on the go and with a few strokes I can get multiple styling. Sometimes I will change my mind from the way I first styled my hair in the morning and just angle brush to give me more volume or less, flip up ends or tuck them, etc. I absolutely love and recommend this brush. My hair thickness is right in the middle and lays a few inches below my shoulders, not too fine and not too thick. My hair type is also in the middle (wavy), not too straight and not too curly.

I really like this brush. It feels good in the hand, has good weight and does a great job helping my style my bangs. I also truly appreciate the pin being built into the brush handle. This brush was recommended by a professional stylist. As I have just grown my hair to the point where I need to use new methods for styling and caring for it, I decided to do it as correctly as possible. The was the recommended brush for heat styling. And after using it I can see why. Is so much more efficient than the drugstore barrel brush I owned. It allows you to create and retain the tension on hair required to smooth it out, reducing curl and frizz. And it has a bonus rat tail on the handle for separating the hair into sections. Is a quality tool I should own for life. Very pleased with this brush!

Although this Hairbrush is a little pricey, it is the best one I have ever used in my lifetime. I asked my hair stylist what kind of hairbrush she was using as it went glidelessly through my long hair. I had never heard of Olivia Garden, and I took a few photos of it so I could research it. I turned to Amazon for that, and was amazed at the number of hairbrushes Olivia Garden made ~ round, flat, and every diameter imaginable. So I picked a size and ordered it and have not been disappointed for one minute. I think that the best feature is the bristles. They are short and not as long as others, and spaced so perfectly that it is much easier to go through your hair. It is easy to handle, and I am certain I am not pulling as much hair out as I previously did through those occasional tangles. Drying is definitely quicker. I am going to purchase another one in the future, and I believe that they would make a great gift, as well. 5 ⭐️ all the way!
