This came with extra pieces for top. I broke my other one off. Got this for the extra top pieces. I like it. Just wish they would sell the top pieces and answer when you notify you need to purchase the top pieces. But I like it

The TV ad shows users flossing continuously from side to side and finishing in 10 seconds. That has not been my experience, but my caveat is that I have only used it for about three weeks and it took me all of that time to learn how to use it without flooding my bathroom floor or accidentally washing my face thoroughly. The start buttons and speed buttons are so close together that it is easy to shift to high speed when one tries to turn it off. It works very well for my large back and side teeth, but not for my tightly spaced small front teeth; so, I have to turn it off and on to reposition it three or so times during a flossing. On the plus side, it was easy to assemble, it recharges quickly, and it is such a good idea for a flosser (I still use my string flosser, too).

I love the concept but it’s not what I expected. It does a pretty good job on the front teeth but you have to keep your mouth closed while doing it and it doesn’t really get to the back teeth. Also, you have to keep your mouth closed tight or the water sprays everywhere and when you close your mouth, the water fills up in your mouth pretty quickly so you have to turn it off and spit out the water but if you’re not quick enough it just goes down your chin. I am still using it but I’m not overly thrilled with the product overall.

Disappointed, total waste of money. Shouldn’t be allowed to sell it. Won’t fit over teeth and can’t reach the back of your mouth, and a good soaking in the meantime. I’ll stick to my Oral-B toothbrush thank you. £39.99 down the drain.

Had high hopes for this but it just isn’t want I was looking for. First problem I encountered was trying to fill the reservoir. The thing is so long that if you have a smaller sink, you can’t get the entire unit under the running water, level, so it doesn’t completely fill up. The next problem I noticed, and maybe it’s my dentist’s fault… but the opening you put around your teeth doesn’t fit my rear molars. The next problem is with the force of the water, it’s just not all that strong. Even on the highest setting, I don’t feel it’s doing anything. The next thing is with the door that covers the water fill hole….I don’t know who they made this for, but if you don’t have nails, you are never getting that thing off. I have a nail clipper on my counter to pry it off. Also, with regard to that little door, it was the first thing to break on it. There are two little pins that act a hinge and both of mine broke off. It still works but it’s not attached. I still use it every night but I’m probably going to look for a more professional one or a standard water pick.

You have a 60 day warranty. In the 3rd month I charged the unit & it stopped functioning. Contacted Amazon in order to reach out to the manufacturer – process took ~20 mins – I was ultimately given a phone number to call the following day. After calling I was given a email address to contact with all pertinent details to which i received a automated response of “out of warranty”. Product is a complete oversell. My cost was $49.95 + tax – price has gone down since – hopefully the public is catching on

The water flosser provides a decent performance but falls short of my expectations.. With only one fixed head, it lacks the versatility needed for family use making it unhygienic for multiple users. Additionally the pressure settings are not high enough, limiting its effectiveness in thoroughly cleaning the teeth.. overall while the water flosser functions adequately, it’s limitations in pressure and design, prevent it from being a top choice for families.
