It took me a few consistent days to get this working. I put the tabs in the roof of my mouth rather than on the sides below teeth as recommended. These DO keep the mouth from getting dry.
Also, since I’m allergic to mint, these and their mild, pleasant, sort of nondescript taste works well. Usually a tab lasts all night and leaves you feeling normal in the morning.
They aren’t cheap, but I haven’t found a cheaper option and they work as advertised.

This product really works. I have a very dry mouth due to medications, and night time is the worst time for me. Sometimes I wake up with my mouth and throat so dry, I cannot swallow. This product is safe for human use, easy to use and lasts all night, with a slight peppermint flavor. Please be aware that this product is fatal to dogs. It also costs less than the drug store.

If you have Sjogrens, it is a go to. But it doesn’t last the whole night. I often have to use two.

I’m giving this product 4.5/5. It works really well for dry mouth during sleep. I recommend starting with 1 tablet and adding a second one only if necessary. (I require 2 tablets at night). This is called “slightly sweet” and is relatively tasteless with a hint of sweetness.
During daytime usage, I’ve been using 2 tablets at a time. The only issue I have during the day is that if I can’t drink on a regular basis I get the white coating from the tablets in the corners of my mouth. I do think that this is the next best product to use when taking sips of water isn’t possible. Works as stated and easily adheres to your gum line/partial tooth. I place them in the back of my mouth and they are not noticeable to others. Added bonus, they don’t leave a slimy coating on your teeth the way a mouth rinse does. Product performs better than expected! If you have dry mouth for any reason please consider giving these a try!!! I wish I would have known about them years ago!!!

I place one against my gums before I go to bed and it slowly dissolves over the next few hours. I have had less issues with dry mouth since I started using them. They stick to the side of your gum after a few seconds so no worries about accidentally swallowing them. At least, I haven’t swallowed one yet and I’ve been using these for a couple of years now.
