I have purchased cheaper brands for my Oral B rotary toothbrush. They are not very good, as they stopped rotating after about 25 brushings. Any appreciable pressure would stop the rotation and it would vibrate instead. These Oral B heads are the real deal. They work for a long time and clean quite well. They cost a bit more, but as the old saying goes, “you get what you pay for.”
