This oil is quite viscous, and has a natural “squashy” scent. I have been using it on my feet to soften the skin, and it is doing a nice job on my toenails and cuticles as well. This is a big bottle, and a little goes a long way.

This is my first experience with pumpkin seed oil specifically. I’ve worked with plenty of other oils, and I went into this with an open mind, but my reference point was other oils that I’ve used in the past.
The pumpkin seed oil is incredible. It’s highly absorbant, into the skin and hair. There’s a very slight fragrance to it- almost unnoticeable. You only need a tiny amount and it takes you a very long way. It softens and nourishes the skin, softens and nourishes the hair. I’ve used it on my daughter’s dandruff a little bit too, just a tad, and it does help to loosen up the dead skin without making her scalp oily. I’ve also used the oil on my feet, which have super dry heels, and it helps so much.
The only actual “problem” I’ve run into is that my dogs love it too! They’re constantly trying to get at it if I’m using it. 🙂 They love it too. It seems it’s pretty good for them, so I don’t mind much, but I just found it amusing that whenever I had it out they’d come running trying to get it.
I’m really impressed with the performance of this pumpkin seed oil. I didn’t know quite what to expect, but I’m really glad I tried it. The way it behaves in the hair and skin reminds me a lot of argan oil, just with a thinner consistency. Price wise, this is a great buy, especially considering how little you need per application- you really don’t need much at all. I’ve used a couple drops for a full head of hair, a drop or two for my hands and face, etc. It’s so absorbant and so efficient. This is a great price for the amount you’re getting.

This oil didn’t stand out in anyway. There was nothing extravagant about it but it did get the job done. I got it to keep my scalp moisturized and that’s exactly what it did. I did in fact use the whole bottle and I didn’t have any complications whatsoever.

Purchased this Organic Pumpkin oil to add to our cat colony’s food and treats. While it’s not “food grade”, both hubby and I ingested it before adding to kitty food. All was fine for us so the fur-babies are getting it to combat intestinal parasites.
I also love how my skin feels when I use this oil. Quickly absorbs into skin, and lasts all day. I’m especially impressed with results on my face. I’ve been struggling to keep my face hydrated, normally use Dermalogica ($$$) but after using Pumpkin Oils I’m going to save so much on skin care!
