I adore Oribe products. They are expensive (a bit of a drag) but they are always worth it in terms of performance and this shine serum is no different. I have very fine hair that gets weighed down easily and this product leaves my hair looking polished and shiny without being greasy at all. I have the full and travel size and use it daily. Love!

This is good to help tame the frizz of colored hair, but not moisturizing enough for fine hair. I section my hair, apply the moisturizer and dry with round brush. On the ends of my hair, I use Oribe moisturizing to help stop the frizz.

I have super baby fine hair that is curly. Finding products that don’t weigh my hair down but keep it sleek is hard –I have sooo many bottles of product to prove my quest. This has worked the best for me when styling it straight. Just a little on the mid section to the ends works really well for my hair type and it holds thru two days of style. My best friend has thicker hair and it worked for her as well. It’s pricey but considering how much I have spent on products that didn’t work it was worth it.

I have used this for years!! Almost everyday on wet and on dry to touch up through the day if needed. I use the Gold Lust shampoo, Aveda Botanical Repair conditioner and leave in. Then mist my hair with the Incommon Magic Myst… let it sit for a bit then add a dime to nickel size of Supershine light to my hair & blowdry. My hair is always sleek and shiny & super healthy looking! Don’t even have to use heat on after. I have fine hair but, very textured. It really is amazing and over time you will see improvement in your hair. To all those who question it being sealed. Even if you order directly from Oribe it will not have a seal on. They just don’t place them on everything. If you’re thinking about it… just do it… you will love it!

I’ve been using Oribe since 2011 and the products changed my hair. I have fine, wavy hair but my hair is now the healthiest it’s ever been. I use the shampoo/conditioner (alchemy), the leave in conditioner, matte wave balm, and super shine light moisturizing cream almost every night. It doesn’t weigh down my hair or make it greasy, and makes my curls/waves soft. My hair is stronger, silkier, and holds a curl all day. I don’t use heat on my hair (soft flat heatless curler) and this lends itself to that. This is my most recent addition to my routine and I love it. I use a dollop to smooth any frizz or baby hairs/fly aways that stick up off my head. The regular super shine moisturizing cream was a tad too heavy for my hair (I would just use a teeny bit) so when they came out w the light one, I was thrilled. It’s really strengthened my hair!! I was called “Becky with the good hair” the other day like it was obvious and it made me feel so confident.
Oribe makes the best smelling products out there. It’s not floral or headache inducing. I’ve wanted to like other products but haven’t been able to use bc the smell is so intense and overwhelming and I can’t stand things that smell like cheap drugstore perfume (or really any perfume). This smells amazing and I’ve never found anything that comes remotely close. Funnily enough, I always get compliments on my “perfume”.

I have long fine wavy hair that tends to be frizzy even after putting product in. I like to use a product after my hair is dried that takes smooths the frizz. . I used another product for years that was discontinued and have tried so many and none were what I wanted. I do not like the feel of product in my hair but I use this after it’s dried and it does not feel like product is in my hair yet the frizzy hair is gone and my hair feels so soft. I will use this forever and hopefully it’s never discontinued.
