I constantly receive compliments and my long brown hair and I always send everyone the link to this deep conditioner! My hair is fine but thick. I lather it on my ends to about halfway up and leave it on for five minutes, once a week. Afterwards my hair shiny, soft and smells so good. My hair stylist tells me how strong and healthy my hair is. Besides putting oil on the ends of my hair daily, this is the only product I use. Highly recommend! Hands down the best deep conditioner.

Love this hair mask. My hair is recently processed and a little frazzled. This mask made it soft, and touchable, and the scent is heavenly! It smells like high-end perfume, though much more subtle.
I have used it both as rinse out and as leave-in. If you are going to leave in, just a tiny dab. If you’re not leaving the house, slather it on and let your hair drink it up for the day before rinsing.
It’s more expensive than bottled conditioners in the grocery aisle, but this product is way out of that league in quality. It will be a regular purchase for me. Try it. You won’t regret it.

I was so excited to try this as a coworker recommended it. For the first month it was fine now I have had it for 2 months and the smell is horrible and I almost want to throw it out! It smells like it went rancid!!! I have to use another conditioner after it so my hair doesn’t stink!

I love the conditioner. It’s perfect for my fine hair. Less breakage when I comb my hair after showering. And it leaves my hair, soft and bouncy, absolutely no frizz. The scent is subtle and sophisticated. A dime- size dab is enough for my chin- length bob. What I don’t love is having to open a jar in the shower and dip my fingers in. Much rather have this in a tube. That said, it’s good enough for me to order it again despite the packaging.

Product smelled really bad. This is very similar to the Shiseido Fino hair mask, but smells terrible. I think this product is better for higher porosity hair. If you have wavy Asian hair, this does not help with frizz, but it does make it feel softer for a day.

I am 67 and my hair was so dry and tangled. Would have have to use shampoo and conditioner then other product after too. The first time I used Ouai it was like magic. I could feel the softness in the shower when I rinsed. But even days later my hair is still so soft, and silky. No fly away. This is well worth the money. And it takes no time to use . I will be buying this more because I so love the way it make my hair looks and feel.

I tend to heat style my hair pretty often, and I bleach my roots without fail every month. I also use purple shampoo (which is very drying) at least twice a week. As you might imagine, my hair has been rather like a doomed man clawing his way through the Sahara, knowing all too well that the sun and sand will soon swallow him whole. Or something like that.
Anyway, this hair mask was like an oasis. My hair has so much less frizz, is softer, and tangles less. I also noticed that my natural curl pattern (which has been conspicuously absent for a few years) seemed to return a little. Not sure if it actually repairs split ends, but my hair does feel much smoother. Apply it after shampooing (but before conditioning) and leave it on for at least five minutes, rinse out, then condition after as normal.
