*Update: I refilled my conditioner bottle today with the bag with ease. Not sure why I thought it was difficult in my previous review.
I like that the refill came in a bag. It was a little difficult poring it into the bottle since the conditioner kept spilling out, it would help if the nozzle was a little smaller to fit inside the cap.

I discovered Ouai (“way”) at a big box makeup retailer. The scents really lifted me and also hit me like that ton of bricks! I was entranced. Shampoo, conditioner, body creme: whammy! I left the store with the body creme and then ordered the jumbo refill shampoo and conditioner on Amazon. I did. It even move them to another container. They are sturdy bags. I may not reinvest in them again due to cost. But I’m a new Ouai superfan!
