This is quite nice. It did leave my skin feeling nice and refreshed. It hasn’t caused any skin irritation and it doesn’t have an artificial scent. This will probably be great for humid summer days.

I was excited to try this hydrating mist because it’s made from organic, natural, and vegan ingredients, in addition to being cruelty free — all things I’m trying to incorporate more of into my skincare routine! It has a mild but pleasant scent and absorbs quickly without leaving behind any residue or stickiness like many other mists. It does not irritate my sensitive skin and leaves it feeling refreshed and hydrated. I’ve never found a mist I’ve liked before because they all leave me feeling sticky or have made me break out, but this one I genuinely love. It’s on the pricier side at $59, so I consider it more of a luxury item. The bottle is a nice heavy glass and looks pretty sitting on my counter, too.

I have always struggled to find the products that suit my skin because its so dry and sensitive that most products just end up irritating my skin. This is the first mist that my skin loves. It has a lovely fragrance and is so light and refreshing and spreads so evenly and does not even feel sticky.

I normally have to moisturize my skin multiple times a day because it gets really dry. When I use this mist, I don’t need moisturizer so often because this spray takes care of hydrating my skin and balances the moisture. My skin feels more nourished and fresh all day. I also like the light scent that is not overpowering and it dissipates after sometime. I will be getting another bottle to keep at my workplace so I can grab it whenever I need. Its one of my favorite products so far.

This toner is highly refreshing and works great on the face.

Usage : It sprays consistently and doesn’t over sprays.

Absorption: Works extremely well post washing the face and prior to moisturizing. It absorbs without any oily texture.

Scent : Is pleasant and citrus. Lovely and is not noticeable. Great overall.

This mist is certainly not cheap and many would say a using a mist is a superflous step but it adds a touch of luxury to my Pai skincare routine that I wouldn’t now be without.

I’m in my fifties and I love that Pai consistently delivers amazing skin-improving results but the company emphasis is on caring for skin without focussing their marketing or product names too much on ‘anti ageing’ – Thank you Pai, for recognising that we should be past that in the 21st Century.

I use many Pai products and they all smell wonderful but this mist in particular just makes me feel like a princess. The natural scent of orange blossom that magically disappears after a split second, the satisfying action of the high quality pump bottle that doesn’t over dispense, the ‘slip’ that it provides after hot cloth cleansing, making the application of subsequent serums and creams much easier, all now make it an essential part of both my morning and evening skincare sessions.

If you already use and love Pai and can afford to, give this mist a try, its a ‘pampering’ product for sure, but who can say that’s not worth something?

I wish I could give this stuff more stars. It is my current favorite toner, and it’s so easy to use! The scent is wonderful. The citrusy fragrance transports me to some sunny tropical place far away from where I actually am, and it’s half the pleasure of using this stuff. But don’t get me wrong; this is great skincare, too! It feels so good on my face. The mist is fine and gives good coverage so it isn’t wasted. It’s hydrating and soothing, and doesn’t irritate my sometimes sensitive skin, and it is beautifully packaged in a lovely recyclable frosted glass bottle and a recyclable cardboard box. And all Pai Skincare products are organic, vegan, and 100% cruelty-free! This tonic mist is a joy to use, and even though it is kind of expensive, especially for a toner, I think it might be worth it, so I do recommend it.

I received the Pai Skincare – Century Flower: Lotus + Orange Blossom Soothing Tonic to evaluate and review. It arrived in excellent condition and was delivered by the promised date.

This product is SO refreshing when lightly misted on my face and neck! It does not leave any kind of oily or unpleasant residue. I love the scent! I personally do not detect an orange blossom scent, but it reminds me of honeysuckle, which is so clean and pleasant. The scent does not last long, so I would imagine that it would not interfere with any other fragrance you might put on shortly afterward.

It really does surprise me how much smoother my face feels as soon as this absorbs into my skin. It is very easy to do a “before” and “after” experiment and feel the difference for yourself. I also have sensitive skin with some products, but this felt wonderful and did not irritate my skin at all.

This is a little more pricey than what I normally would spend for a facial tonic ($59.00 at the time of this review) but I cannot deny that it is very effective at soothing and smoothing my dry skin. If you are looking for a delightfully scented facial tonic that truly does soften and hydrate your skin, and if the price is not an issue for you, then I definitely recommend this. Four stars! I hope this review has been helpful!

The pai barrier spray has a beautiful scent that is powerful at the moment of spraying but quickly dissipates. I use three or four sprays twice a day following washing my face. I have used it without further hydrating products eg moisturising cream and have noticed that my skin is nicely hydrated. I was attracted to the idea that it reduces redness as I have some middle aged blotches 🙄. I would say after three weeks of using it that yes, there is an improvement but no, my redness has not gone. So a little bit less and my skin feels healthy.
I think £39.99 is a lot to pay for a spray but at the same time I do not seem to have used a great deal of it in 3 weeks and so it will last a long time.
It arrives packed in a strong one piece box held together by the power of origami! A clever piece of packaging and an environmentally friendly one. Open up the box to get more info (or look at my photos).
I do think this is a good product and it is well presented and so would make a nice gift.

I enjoy the smell of this tonic and it leaves my skin feeling hydrated and happy. But it’s not going to be good for all skin types. While the product listing claims that it’s free of fragrance, limonene and linalool are fragrance ingredients. They both oxidize on air exposure and over time are not friendly to sensitive skin.
Lactobacillus ferment is great for calming down skin and works better than salicylic acid for acne without drying out the skin barrier.
Polylysine has been shown to help speed up and improve wound healing.
The front of the bottle states that there is hyaluranic acid in this serum but I’m not seeing it in the ingredient list on the product page.
I feel like this is a great tonic for helping to calm inflamed, irritated, skin and help heal acne and other wounds. I just worry that the fragrance ingredients will cause irritation in some people over time and question whether there is hyaluranic acid in it at all.

You’ll get a very refreshing blast of moisturization with a spritz of this tonic. It’s, more or less, a spray on toner that will start your skincare regimen with ensuring that your skin is hydrated and stays that way for hours on end.

At first, it feels as though you’ve sprayed water on your face. Although, it will stay a little bit damp a bit longer than as if you did spray just water. Not a lot longer though, but it is best to let it fully set on its own time before moving onto the next layer of your skincare regimen.

Feels soothing. If you touch your skin, it will feel ever so slightly as though you’ve sprayed a tiny bit of an oil based substance onto your face. It will fully absorb, so nothing to be concerned about. Refreshes the skin and conditions. Can also be used to give your face a little bit of refreshment throughout your day just as a pick me up. Especially enjoyable during the summer months when a hydrating mist is more appreciated.

Good for all skin types and is just as good for men as it is for women.
