  1. Customer Review

I bought this in 2015, this is my standard trimmer for down below. Works well, gets hair short (maybe 0.5cm long). Won’t get down to the skin but it’s a trimmer not a shaver. For the price I cannot believe that this still works as well as it does and for as long as it has.

The Panasonic trimmer is a fantastic tool that I always make sure to pack in my beach bag. Its compact and portable design make it easy to carry around, so I can always have it on hand when I need it. I love how convenient it is to use and how effectively it trims unwanted hair.

One of the things I appreciate about this trimmer is how simple it is to use. The design is intuitive and easy to navigate, so I never have to worry about accidentally cutting myself or missing spots. The blade is sharp and precise, ensuring a clean and smooth trim every time. I also love that it can be used on wet or dry skin, making it a versatile tool to have.

The size of the trimmer is perfect for traveling or just throwing in my bag for a day at the beach. It doesn’t take up much space, so I can easily fit it in with all of my other essentials. And despite its small size, it’s incredibly powerful and gets the job done quickly.

Overall, I highly recommend the Panasonic trimmer for anyone looking for a reliable and convenient hair removal tool. It’s great for use before hitting the beach or pool, but also works well for everyday grooming. Its compact size, ease of use, and effectiveness make it a must-have in my beauty arsenal.

This is not a shaver, but a trimmer specially designed for the female down there. It runs on AA batteries, thus you can carry it when you go on Summer holidays. It is beautiful and very well manufactured in Japan. It has the right size for the place of the body where you are supposed to use it and it is fantastic to trim my running the strip when I show off in the German sauna. For the rest of the area, this does not substitute a shave.

I bought this specifically for my bikini line but was pleasantly surprised on how well it worked on my arm pits! Does a better job and is a really close shave. Better than a razor for sure! All of the attachments are great and seems very sturdy. Only negative is that it’s a bit loud. And would have liked a nice little bag to keep all of the attachments in. Otherwise, a very effective personal care tool!

Ahem, I hope no one will be embarrassed with maybe TMI of how I describe it’s use. I’ll be very frank.

Honestly, I bought this for better sex. My friend, Ms. Puss used to get close shaves but now likes to have a buzz cut on her V. Less irritation or ingrown hairs. I always use the guard on her on the shortest setting. She feels sexier, cleaner and is more sensitive during playtime. Paired the buzz cut with open crotch panties and an open cup bra, everything felt “ breezy cool,” felt and looked sexy, esp. since we were in serious baby making mode! It helped bec. now we’re expecting!

Now, I’m huge, I can still use it, but it’s easier to have help. Make sure you oil it each time. Since, I’m so big, my husband does it for me. As it turned out, he loves doing it and wants to add that to his list of “chores” after the baby is born. It’s now his “toy” and he loves making /cutting patterns. Big as I am, tired, backaches, stretch marks and all, using this thing and the underwear I still feel really sexy.

It won’t give a smooth clean shave. The blades pinch in the in the vulva area. There are probably better electric shavers if you want to be entirely bald, but this isn’t it. The blade has corners and can nick.. There aren’t many electric razors with guards so I bought this one.

It supposed to be waterproof but it isn’t. If you drop it, the whole thing falls apart, batteries included, so I recommend putting a rubber band around it. It’s small, and can easily slip from your hand when it’s wet or using shaving cream. The first time I used it was over the toilet and I dropped it. Everything was soaked and I had to dry it out and clean it. It really needs some kind of gasket.
Great results and fun to use.
ADD ON REVIEW: this quit working after 10 uses. It is supposed to be waterproof, but it is not. It worked pretty well, but after each use I had to take the whole thing apart, dry it thoroughly, then put it away. It’s a lot of trouble, and it has stopped working. I wouldn’t recommend buying one.

I just finished using this trimmer for the first time and I couldn’t wait to get back to Amazon and write about how impressed I am. It’s something I wish I had bought years ago.

Essentially, after a few months of self-neglect, I just had way more hair down there and under my arms than I wanted to try to deal with with a razor. It would have taken me at least an hour to get at it with scissors first and then to get in the shower and shave… definitely would have run out of hot water before I finished. So I came to Amazon to look for a trimmer. The reviews for all of them are so mixed, you never know what to trust, but this one won me over. I didn’t know this was made in Japan until I got it (even though Panasonic is a Japanese company, you never know if the product was made in-country or not), but now that I do know, that explains how awesome it is. In Japan, they don’t have a culture of returning items. When you buy something, the expectation is that it will work. If it stops working, you’ll get it fixed and then it will continue working and you’ll probably die before it does. To that end, I am so happy that this trimmer not only does what it’s supposed to, but it does it well AND replacement blades are available when/if I need a new one.

I read a lot of reviews where I think people were expecting this to shave completely smooth. It’s not going to do that. It’s just a trimmer, like hair clippers. If you want to shave your head, you use the clippers first and then shave it completely smooth. Otherwise, you just have a buzz cut. That is what this is like. If you want baby’s bottom smooth, you need to shave after you trim. That being said, it trims pretty dang close. I may or may not shave after because ‘barely there’ is usually good enough.

I didn’t bother with using the attachment since I wanted as close a cut as possible, and even with all of the hair I needed to manage, there was no pain, no catching, no pre-trimming with scissors required. It took me about 10 minutes to do both arm pits and the entirety of my lady parts. After I finished, I used the brush that’s included to brush hair off of the trimmer, then I popped out the blade and brushed the hair out of the inside. Then I took a Clorox Wipe and just cleaned it up completely (although, that part is not necessary – it just makes me feel better to do that).

I just keep thinking about how much time this saved me and I’m so happy. It didn’t get hot either. I can’t imagine what you’d need to shave for it to take long enough for it to get hot because I most likely had an ‘infomercial-level of ridiculous’ amount of hair to trim and it didn’t warm up at all. The only complaint I have is that I wish there were a wrist strap because I was kinda worried that I might drop it into the toilet. Also, it has about the same sound as clippers used in a barber shop, so, plan for something of that volume.

Overall, I highly, highly recommend it!
