While traveling in Japan I used a similar hairdryer at a hotel I stayed at. I felt like my hair never looked better after using it. So when I came back I looked for the same hairdryer or similar and found this one. I love it so much. I feel like my hair is silky and smooth after use. It is a great size and weight which makes it easy to use. I have recommend it to family and friends. It is my favorite hair dryer

this hair dryer is literally a godsend. before this i tried to buy a different cheap no-name brand, and it was horrible so i returned it and decided to take a risk getting a more pricey one. it was the best decision i have made bc it makes all of the difference.
my very much bleached and dyed hair feels sooo healthy and soft now, my routine is put leave in conditioner, some hair oil, use a wide tooth comb to detangle and then blow dry using the hot setting then cold and it works amazing. panasonic is a great brand, i had a panasonic hair dryer before and it worked great also so im pretty sure any hair dryer they make would work super well.
it kinda takes a while to dry (15-20 mins) but i am perfectly fine with it. but yes thank u so much seller and highly recommend this :3

I have long, fine, thick hair, and used to love my hair.
I had a Panasonic negative ion hair dryer that lasted over ten years, then it sadly died.
I didn’t want to spend too much on a new one, so I got an ordinary Conair one. It was awful.
That one died after a little over a year, so I got an infrared Revlon dryer. My hair was still awful. My straight hair became wavy and dry, and it felt like straw!
I thought of a few possibilities…
After having children I started showering at night, so maybe it was because if that. Or maybe stress or my age.
I tried so many shampoos and conditioners. Nothing made a difference, and I hated wasting money on stuff that wasn’t even helping, so I gave up. But it got depressing when I’d look in the mirror and didn’t see that healthy, shiny hair I once had.
Then I thought it could be because of my hair dryer!
I didn’t want to buy another one until mine died, so I waited… Then a year and a half later it finally did! I was so happy and knew I had to get another Panasonic!
I didn’t have a Nanoe one before, but it’s supposed to be better than negative ion, so I chose this, and got the compact one, because the bigger one was out of our budget. ($59 vs $84)
I saw a difference after my first use! My hair didn’t tangle and really did dry faster, and I was excited to see how my hair would be in the morning! It was so soft and I finally have my healthy hair back! I’m still using ordinary shampoo and conditioner, so it was all because of the dryer!
I’m happy I chose this one over the bigger one, because it fits in my hand well and it’s light weight. It’s really quiet too, which is a plus when you have kids sleeping down the hall!
I use it on my daughters too, and they have very long hair since I’ve never cut it. I can dry both of them in 3 minutes!
As some people have mentioned, it did have a strange smell the first time I used it, but it was just that one time.
I hope this one lasts a long time, but when its time comes, there’s no way I’ll get anything other than a Panasonic! It feels so nice to touch my soft hair with no tangles!

It has been over 2 years since I got this, so it’s time for an update!
It still works as good as new and I love this hair dryer!!

I still love this hair dryer! My daughters and I use it every single day and have had absolutely no issues with it. I’m so glad I got Panasonic.
Another awesome thing is that I’ve never had to clean it. Other dryers get dust and lint stuck on the back behind the fan, but for some reason this dryer is always clean!

I bought two of this hairdryer, one for my daughter and one for me. I used various brands of hairdryer such as Phillips, Revlon… Panasonic is also my favorite brand, used its electric equipment like fridge, TV, hairdryer…
For review this one, it is really a good product of high quality. There are three levels cool, medium and high with Nanoe Technology, it blows very quiet and quick dry without burning, my hair is smooth like silk and staying in nice shape until next hairwash. Light weight, small but powerful, easy to bring it to travel. Always love products from Japan.

Pros
1. Drys very fast ( it took me 5 mins to dry my hair and I have a big volume of hair and they are very thick)
2. Hair does look shiny and healthy
3. Affordable price
4. Very light weight and compact
5. Very quite, not noisy ( if the noise of a hair dryer bothers you )
Cons
1. Can’t adjust volume, only have heat adjustment mode
2. The design looks a bit cheap ( I personally would prefer it to look a bit more expensive)
Overall, I would recommend this to ones who are on a budget, it is nothing fancy but definitely does its work and delivers great results, hence your hair would look shiny and healthy after using this dryer. I would also recommend it for travel because it is light weight and compact which means it won’ take much space in your suitcase.

I initially considered giving it a four-star rating because of its unattractive cord, but my love for this hair dryer compelled me to award it five stars. At first, I was hesitant to purchase this dryer because I wasn’t sure if its quality would match that of the Panasonic hair dryer’s Asian version. Both models are rated at 1400v, but the US version is slightly less powerful and generates less heat, which makes it perfect. I’ve always found the Asian version a bit too hot. This one strikes the ideal balance. With slightly lower power and lower heat, it leaves my hair feeling softer and minimizes damage. I’m already thinking of getting another one! My only wish is that the cord came in grey.
