This is a great product! Feels great on my scalp and has a pleasant smell. No issues with packaging as some other reviewers have noted. However, Tracee are you reading…? The product arrived WITHOUT a protective/quality seal over the opening of the container, to seal in the product. That was a bit suspect for me. Other than that, don’t let the size bother you. It’s worth it and you control how much/little of the product used. Besides, “you’re” worth it!

This product is amazing. A word of advice! Do not use a lot of it. Start out with a nickel sized amount or less and apply a thin layer to your scalp. You do not need alot of this because it dries and looks like buildup. The thing is it really is just extra product because the heat of your scalp melts the thick product and it spreads just like hair oil. It will come off naturally so don’t freak. Just use way less then last time. I didn’t this on my locs by accident. It wasn’t obvious at first and after a few weeks of hard tested faith the issue resolved itself and the buildup is gone naturally. My scalp didn’t itch and my hair didn’t smell and no one but me noticed it after a few days so I didn’t want to over react. I did use some no rinse shampoo to get it out of the ones towards the front but it’s completely out of my hair on its own everywhere else. I plan to continue using the product but I’m a smaller amount now that I understand it melts into a soft liquid like gel and moves along the hair.
Amazing product! I don’t wash my hair but every 2-3 months because I have locs. I do retwist my hair in between washings. My hair doesn’t smell or itch ever! It always smells like my perfumes and is clean. I love the fact that the serum didn’t change this. A little goes a long way with locs so I’m not sure if I’ll run out any time soon lol.
