I made the switch to cruelty free products about a year ago, and struggled to find good products for my long, fine, reddish blond hair. They all made my hair either very dry or coated with a filmy feeling residue. The Paul Mitchell line, however, has saved me from almost giving up on cruelty free hair care products! This shampoo and conditioner is as good as any other salon product I’ve used. My hair isn’t dry, nor it it greasy at the roots. In fact, I’ve been washing my hair less, and therefore shedding less, and experiencing less breakage. If you are looking for a product that is both excellent and cruelty free, I strongly urge to to try this, or another product from this line.

The product is excellent! However the packaging was not – both the shampoo and conditioner leaked and was a mess!
