So, it all started with giving Curology a try. (No shade to them, but it didn’t do me any favors. Power to those it has helped, though). I researched about an exfoliant for (somewhat) sensitive skin and I came across this. They do have a 2% version, but I wanted to start off lite. It is recommended to use twice a day, but I think that’s a bit much. I’ve been using it sparingly (about once a day for 2-3x/week) at night for about 3 weeks now. My skin responds quite well to this. Any little blemish or oily pore is basically gone or unnoticeable by morning. I’ll eventually work my way to using it once, every other day.

Love it ! Check my pic with all the products I bought together (((this does not dry my skin out)))

As I’ve mentioned on my other reviews of all these products i bought from Paula’s choice—-there’s two different kind of sensitive—one is you have a pre existing skin condition like eczema—the other is sensitive to ingredients ((I’m the second))

As you know pha is the one that out of all exfoliates sensitive skin can handle—but this stuff is so intuned to sensitivity that only using it once a week is perfect—it’s doing its job but not irritating my skin in anyway—I’m just going through the normal purge

I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again this company really understands a woman’s skin and issues genius the ingredients they put together

Learn skin do research don’t go off on a whem and you will find the correct help through this company

Friend love this product and ordered more afterward

I’ve used this twice and have seen more results in two days than I have with products 3x the price for months!! I’m truly blown away by it. I’m looking forward to seeing what my skin looks like in a month from now!

I’ll start off by saying majority of skin care products irritate the life out of my skin. I use this 2-3 weeks and have no issues. I do like that this product is more of a “gel” consistency.

Just recently developed steroid induced rosacea, which makes my skin sensitive to everything. Paula’s choice products have always been recommended for sensitive skin, but for some reason this particular product in my case made my face super red and blotchy so I immediately returned it without problems. I wish you all luck with this product. I really wish it would’ve worked for me. But word of advice anybody who has sensitive skin like rosacea or eczema if you feel any tingling or uncomfortable feeling within the first minute, please take it off. I made the mistake of letting it sit on for a few minutes thinking, that’s what it was supposed to do and it just was making my skin redder.

It’s hard to find a chemical exfoliator that’s effective but not irritating to sensitive skin, but I’m liking the results with this so far. There is a slight tingling on the cheeks when applying, which is expected, but nothing truly irritating. Just be patient with the results because of the lower percentage of salicylic acid, the purge may take some time to really get going. My skin was pretty congested and the purge didn’t really reach it’s peak until the second month of use, nearing the third month now I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I have sensitive skin and mild rosacea. I am 57 years old. I have had such a hard time and been so afraid to try any kind of exfoliant with any kind of chemical in it because I thought you couldn’t use any of that stuff with rosacea. Thank goodness that some YouTube influencers set me straight. I have been using this product every morning for almost a year now. With the kind of rosacea I have, the area on both sides of my mouth becomes literally feeling.like sandpaper. As long as I use this, my skin stays smooth and soft. I won’t use another company’s product. (If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.) it lasts a long time. It’s easy to use and gives great results. I’ll keep buying it.
