WOW !! This product is AMAZING !!
I had really bad sebaceous hyperplasia lumps suddenly appear after a procedure & it was a ghastly sight as just under my eye in tear trough area . I lost all confidence . I googled for remedy’s and tried Apple cider vinegar to dissolve them but did nothing at all .
I stumbled across Paulas Choice BHA 9 in Google search reviews and read a couple of really positive feedbacks . It is a bit pricey but I thought if it works for me too then it’s worth it !! I had to try as I was at my wits end as confidence really fading . OMG within just 2 days I started to see effects . The lumps were shrinking before my eyes !! Im still only on day 6 & they are really really shrinking still . Still slightly there but so much flatter & for just 6 days of use this is amazing . So hopefully within the next week they will have completely gone !! Woop Woop !! Ive been massaging into the area am & pm .

I have never had good results until this product. I had some small white bumps around my eyes and lips called Fordyce spots and wanted a topical treatment that I could manage. My spots have completely disappeared and I honestly have never had anything that works. Absolutely blown away and I never write reviews either.

I bought this for sebaceous gland bumps on my face. I honestly can’t tell if it works. I’ve been using it for over a year. They aren’t getting bigger, but not shrinking. I keep using it since I don’t know if this is helping slow down the bumps from getting bigger. I would not waste the money if you’re looking for help with blackheads or milias. If it wasn’t for the sebaceous glands and hoping it’s preventing them from getting larger, I wouldn’t waste the
money.

This is an amazing product! I have had issues with blackheads and clogged pores on my nose for many years. I have been obsessive in picking the skin on my nose and trying different products for my issues. Today, I used this product and within the hour my nose was already healing and clearing up! This is magic in a tube! I am sad because I have lost so many years with my nose issues and I could have saved time, money and heartache if I found this product earlier! This really did nothing for nose blackheads, spots/bumps here and there on the cheeks or chin. I have no idea what stubborn bumps people who rave about this product had, that this product could have removed so effectively. Confused!
It seems as if the 4% BHA is just as effective or ineffective (depends on the bumps I guess) as this one, except you get over 3x more product and its a nicer texture.
Paula’s Choice has a few ok products, while the rest is as gimmicky as they come. As in they overpromise and under deliver! What a waste of money.

Over the past couple of years I started getting skin tags, bumps, and dark spots on my neck. I tried lots of products that did not work and got the phone number for a dermatologist, but after online research read about this product. It was expensive for the small tube and I have sensitive skin, but it was my last try before making an expensive dermatologist appointment. Last dermatologist appointment about 8 years ago they froze and scraped spots off and then I had awful sores and red spots for over 6 months! My skin is sensitive and heals slowly. So I ordered this product before invasive therapy. This product has almost no smell and comes out like an oil and is easy to apply. After one week the bumps seemed less red, after 2 weeks the red was gone, and by 3 weeks it had cleared all the bumps and my neck was smooth again. Product is gone and I will order more. Would highly recommend this product!
