I don’t think this shampoo is original !!! I used the small sample ones for a good time then decided to buy this 470ml, but unfortunately the quality is quite different, even the smell is not good, the foam is nothing like my expectation. Otherwise the delivery etc was ok.

Got to try this shampoo at a hotel in Jonesboro Arkansas and it was absolutely fabulous. I honestly think it’s a great product that leaves my hair feeling clean. The issue I have with it is the price is absolutely ridiculous, this should be a 15 dollar bottle tops, but 30 dollars is absolutely ridiculous so I will be looking for alternatives and will stop purchasing this product as soon as I find a replacement. It did come in a plastic bag sealed and had zero leaks, the only issue I have is again the cost is just absurd.

We were staying at a best western plus of all places and they had this shampoo! My partner, who hates any and all scents, was pleasantly surprised with this one. The scent wasn’t overpowering but it was still great clarifying shampoo. We like it. Maybe you might, too.

This shampoo leaves my hair very clean and soft. The scent is lovely. It would be ideal for people who have or style their hair to be straight. I have a perm to make my hair curly and the curls fall completely flat with this product. If you want soft, smooth, straight hair I highly recommend it though.

It took me a minute to figure out how the dispenser worked on this bottle. You have to elevate the nozzle to get the shampoo to come out. Then I had to press down on the dispenser a number of times to get an adequate amount of the liquid to wash my hair. While initially I was slightly flummoxed by this process I soon realized that hey, this way the product will last a lot longer because it doesn’t take very much to do the job and making it more difficult to dispense is a good thing because then I won’t be wasting any shampoo. That’s a good thing. The other product I had been using previously pours out of the bottle like water and I would usually get too much in my hand. Once it is out of the bottle I’m not going to put it back in. Wasteful and it gets used up faster.
The shampoo has a nice fragrance, It seems mild and hopefully it won’t dry out my hair. Winter is coming and that’s my usual issue, the dry air and a drying shampoo can really make my hair feel like straw and my my scalp can get itchy. After the first wash with this stuff I am quite pleased with it. And it has all the natural aspects I look for in a shampoo.

The product gets five stars but the shipping gets no stars. Like others, I started using this shampoo after discovering it while staying at a Best Western. It works great for my fine, colored hair. However Amazon needs to be more careful when shipping and make sure that the cap is screwed on tight. Because the cap was loose. almost one-sixth of the bottle’s contents had leaked all over the plastic bag it was shipped in, creating quite a mess and wasting enough of this pricey product that I have requested a replacement. Hoping the replacement will arrive in better shape…
