After using both the shampoo and conditioner two times, my hair looked like broom straw! I discovered this brand while staying at a Hyatt hotel and my hair looked quite fine after using; so, I can only guess that the formulation was different, richer for the Hyatt than for everyday consumer distribution? If you have dry hair, avoid this brand.

Fantastic conditioner! Excellently packaged for overseas transit with extra tape around lids to secure them for o/s shipping…not one drop lost! Much appreciated. Also purchased matching shampoo (2x 1gallon) which arrived in a different parcel without the same care for packaging…the shampoo bottles, without extra tape, leaked with lots lost during transit…very disappointing as overseas freight was very expensive. Both products are great but whoever does packaging for shipping for Pharmacopia are doing these excellent products a great disservice.

This is described as an Argan Oil, hydrating shampoo. I tried it for a week on my dry hair to get a good idea of how hydrating it is. It’s really not bad, it’s not great either. It cleaned my hair and I guess that’s all that you need to ask of a shampoo. I had hoped for a more nourishing, hydrating shampoo and that’s just not the case.
It’s really an OK shampoo, but at almost $30 for 16oz, there are many better products at that price point.

I bought the combo shampoo/conditioner 500ml pack. The shampoo seemed to be a little diluted for what the price is. The conditioner is a little better, but still feels pricey compared to the competition. I like the mild, but pleasant scent of it though.

I absolutely love the product. Tried it in the Hyatt hotel. I ordered the shampoo and conditioner hoping to use it together however the shampoo was delivered broken and half full. I sent back and awaited my new shampoo. Sadly I got the body wash. What good was this? I was told keep the body wash and was refunded the shampoo. Never was offered to send the shampoo. I would have gladly driven out of my way to return the body wash. I really want to have this shampoo but am nervous about buying it again. I may need to drive to Hyatt and ask to purchase some. On a brighter note the quality of the shampoo and conditioner is amazing. I was sold when I tried it at the hotel. I use the conditioner now and mix it with another shampoo.

This product was not the same as the one I used at the hotel, smell is close to the same, this one dries out the hair, very disappointing. Not sure why its so different but I wouldn’t recommend

This conditioner was in my hotel room bathroom at the Hyatt in Phoenix, AZ. I gave it a try and loved it, so I ordered some for myself when I got home. It was delivered within a few days.
