The Hyatt Regency Hotel had this product as the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash they provide.
I loved all three products. Now I use them at home.

I found this product with a Regency Hyatt Hotel in San Antonia. I never use the shampoo in hotels so I took a chance and it was a great move in my part. Lucky I was able to find it Amazon. But Amazon did a horrible job with the way they package the product, had to return it and that was no problem and I re-order my products and this time it was perfect. But is a great product. BUT AMAZON is doing a terrible job with packaging of the product despite my complains to them.

The shampoo product is great. However, the packaging needs more protection. There was some product leakage around the base of the nozzle pump.

did not know pharmacopeia added fragrance it was horrible when you are sensitive to fragrance. the natural scented produce i use is fine especially the citrus. i will now have to look for another company for large amounts of shampoo that do not add fragrance to their products. sorry i have to lose my pharmacopeia products because you do not sell their better products in the large amounts.

This product was not the same as the one I used at the hotel, didn’t lather, it dries out the hair, very disappointing. Not sure why its so different but I wouldn’t recommend

This shampoo was in my hotel room bathroom at the Hyatt in Phoenix, AZ. I gave it a try and loved it, so I ordered some for myself when I got home. It was delivered within a few days.

The first few times I used it, I didn’t notice any quality. It doesn’t lather the same, the wash is just OK.
I showered in a different bathroom which only had my store shampoo and that’s when I noticed how good Phama was. My store shampoo not only was stripping the color out of my hair but also drying it out. I never noticed until I was able to compare it to a good shampoo.
The smell of this shampoo kind of reminds me of dog shampoo- like it has some kind of odor killer in it. But it’s not unpleasant. I just wish it had a more luxurious smell. I can definitely tell it has a lot of alovera.
The first bottle I received had emptied near half its contents. I’m happy I used Amazon for the purchase, which made replacing it very easy. A replacement bottle arrived before I was even able to return the damaged one. Excellent service.
I look forward to buying again and have already made several recommendations to others who have also purchased.

I love the product. I tried it at a hotel so thought I would order it. My first shipment the shampoo pump was broken and half empty bottle. Called Amazon they told me to return it and sent another shampoo however when I opened the package with the product leaking into the bag. It was body wash. Amazon refunded me the price of the shampoo and said keep the bodywash but I really wanted the shampoo. Kinda nervous to order shampoo again. Such a shame this product is amazing. I used it at a Hyatt hotel.
