I’ve had my Philips Norelco Aquatec Shaver for quite some time. To be frank, I have never changed the shaving heads since receiving it. Nasty I know….. It is used every day and very unsafe to do what I did.
I knew it was time to change them and so I was looking off the website and scoured for cheap replacement heads. I saw many “cheaper” options, but I figured to get the original replacement heads from Philips itself. You are utilizing this tool for yourself, so I wouldn’t go the cheaper route. We never know how the other metals from other sellers are made so better be safe than sorry.
Replacing the heads was super easy. It fits exactly into place and is so simple that anyone can do it. They work super great and no hair tugs. It is sharp and feels clean just like it came out of the box. I will change them every year just like how it is recommended.

I replaced my original shaver heads with an off-brand set and thought that they were OK; but they did pull and never seemed to give a really close shave. After more than a year I broke down and bought this set of original equipment heads and they are well worth a few dollars more. No more pulling and the shave is much smoother.

First, I have used an electric shaver for over twenty years. Typically, the only required maintenance is weekly cleaning and yearly blade or head replacement. These fit the bill for blade or head replacement.
Second do I rate the replacement heads or the overall performance of my Philips Norelco shaver? I give it a great rating overall, whichever way you lean. The shave quality does start to degrade a bit toward the end of a year but replacement heads put it right back into a great close shave.
I have no plans to ever go back to a blade razor.

Decided to order the factory replacements instead of one of the aftermarket units. Nothing against the aftermarket units, just a personal choice.
The units arrived as promised and were very easy to install. Really simple installation.
They work like a charm and restored the cutting efficiency of the shaver. My shaves were once more very close, just as I remembered from the day i purchased my razor.
Cannot find a single ‘con’ to the purchase.
I would whole heartedly recommend these to anyone wishing to purchase a cutter assembly for their razor.
