I bought this to replace my old Norelco three head shaver. Huge improvement. I shave my head and it does that very well. Also shaves my neck much better. It is WAY easier to clean too. Norelco encourages the user to download the app but come on. It’s an electric razor. The app is there to collect your personal data, nothing more. Btw, it wants you to shave in a circular pattern and will nag you with an orange light if you don’t. Whatever. Great shaver

Me gusto la rasuradora, se ve de muy buena calidad, los materiales se sienten bien construidos, además se ve elegante y fácil de utilizar, solo es mencionar que esta rasuradora no incluye la base ni el estuche de viaje, solo viene en la caja:
– La rasuradora
– Un cable de corriente
– Una tapa
– Un cepillo chico para limpieza
Sin embargo por el precio considero que no es necesario el estuche de viaje, la otra versión que si lo contiene cuesta casi 1000 pesos mas, y esos estuches se pueden conseguir muy económicos, aunque no es problema si lo pones en tu maleta de ropa, no se daña.
La carga si es muy rápida, en solo 40 min tenia cargada toda la batería, me agrada el modo de solo cargarlo 5 min y ya tienes batería para una rasurada, es algo que lo distingue de los modelos inferiores.
En general se me hace un buen producto, de muy buena calidad y muy recomendable, sobre todo por el precio y las prestaciones que te da.

The shaver itself is good. It shaves nice and close and my skin doesn’t get irritated by it. The tear apart to clean it is a bit complicated but once you know how to do it it’s doable. HOWEVER! The app and “helpfulness” of this shaver makes me hate it. I’m a woman and I use it to shave my legs. There is no option in the app to change it to legs or have it stop “helping.” The shaver will literally stop working if you don’t swirl it enough while shaving. The method of using a shaver on your legs is different than using it on your face and there are times when I need to stop swirling the dang thing and just move it back and forth. But I can’t because it will turn off. It’s constantly flashing messages at me because I’m not “using it correctly” because I’m not using it on my face. I hate that there was never even a thought that this could be used in any way other than a man’s face. The app is very MAN as well. Men aren’t the only ones who shave and women’s shavers aren’t good quality so I tried this one. It costs too much for what it is but I’m going to have to keeping this annoying piece of crap because of how much I spent on it.

Update – – I’m still loving this razor! I bought it in mid-September and today, the last day in November, I had to charge it for the second time. I’ve used this razor every weekday and continue to love the close shave. The product has held up very well and still looks very nice. And it holds a charge phenomenally.
I’m a big Norelco fan–for decades. I’ve had several of their top of the line models with my last one being a 9000 series. It did well for years but as all know, Norelco stopped selling complete head replacements and only would sell replacement blades–my shaver head become very calcified and crusty (yes, I could clean it with some special products, but it was also getting old and faded). So I decided to get a new shaver. I reviewed all the models and nothing really excited me, until I saw the new 7 series! Very nice looking–and then I saw the price! I couldn’t believe it was so cheap I had to look several times. I thought perhaps Amazon made a mistake in the listing price! This is about the price of 2 replacement blades. Given that price, I bought it immediately. When the product arrived, I was impressed with the quality of build. Very nice looking and good feel. It is lighter than the 9000 series but that’s fine. I LOVE that it has a built-in trimmer–I missed that with my latest 9 series shaver. And I like that the shaver blades pop open with a hinge rather than my older 9 series which required me to completely remove the top–often dropping it into the sink, when rinsing.
The shave was SO SMOOTH and close. It doesn’t sound as nice as the 9 series–remember this is less than a third of the price! But it cuts amazingly–so much better than my old one–very close, and very powerful. My old shaver would struggle with weekend stubble and sometimes I’d have to use a blade and then the shaver on Mondays–no more with this shaver! I’ve had it for several months now and have yet to have it drop even one of the 3 bars on the battery. I actually look forward to shaving every morning–it’s so smooth and fun. The only drawback with the new Norelco design is, as others have mentioned, this doesn’t get under the nose as well as the older design.
But again, for the money, one can but a new shaver 3 times as often as the older 9 series and I have not noticed anything lacking from this model. BUY IT NOW! You won’t regret your decision.
