It won’t charge, and because it’s a US import I can’t service it and it’s past Amazon return date

  2. Eric Declerc

Perfect for travel and is small for an electric tooth brush

I like this toothbrush but I’ve only had it for 10 months and it stopped working. Looking for a way to contact the manufacturer.

I use this toothbrush for when I travel. It’s compact and gets the job done when I’m away from home. I prefer an electric toothbrush and this is a great solution for me not needing to pack my more expensive Phillips. I keep it in my travel toiletries case and charge it up a few days before I travel.

I really liked this tooth brush, it was sleek and comfortable to hold. Teeth felt clean after use. It lasted 5 months, then the battery died. It will not charge. I’ve tried every charger in the house. It no longer works.

I have had Philips Sonicare toothbrush for a long time, it finally just quit working even with a full charge. It was bulky and I hated traveling with it but loved it for my teeth. I started looking around again and came across this one. I love the smaller size and the ease of charging it. The two minute timer is a plus, because clearly before I didn’t brush long enough. It does time out for a hot second if you spend too long in one area but otherwise not an issue for me. Money well spent…..

Super slim, no need for a bulky case. It’s no bigger than a proper pen.

I finally got what I wanted the SECOND time I ordered the item.

The good. It is compact, lightweight, has long battery life as promised and since I got the USB-C unit I can now use the same cable to charge my phone, tablet and toothbrush if necessary (probably not so much given the long battery life and that I do not travel for that long at a time). The case is arguably too small, but it seems to do the job. Not sure how it will stand up to jostling in my backpack or carry on, but I will soon find out. It cleans well and the timer system keeps you from under- or over-brushing. Is it as good as my more expensive and bulky original Sonicare? Probably not. It certainly does not have the many modes and strengths for brushing. But, it is simple, does the job, and for travel seems quite ideal.

The bad. But you must be VERY CAREFUL when ordering. The same product page actually links to multiple versions of this toothbrush and they can be radically different. Some apparently use standard replaceable batteries (!) and some of those with rechargeable batteries use idiosyncratic unique cables instead of the now standard USB-C (even a mini-USB would be acceptable I think since I carry that to charge my backup batteries). So pay very close attention if you make any change from what first appears on the screen. I made the mistake of wanting it in white instead of black and ended up with a completely different model with a unique charging cable. I was able to return it for a full refund, but it was annoying that I had to do that. So, purchaser beware!

Feels cleaner than a regular brush, and is able to reach the back of my last tooth due to the longer bristles at the tip, even my electronic rotary ones are not able to do that due to the nature of its round head.

I’ve liked these so much I’m still using them daily after my travel. Each charge last me longer than 2 weeks with twice a day brushing. I only charged it once during my 3 weeks of travelling. I did not use the case as it was added bulk and weight.

Though unfortunately I’ve managed to lose the silicone cover of the power button and the charging port cover as I accidentally yanked the lid out too hard whilst charging.

Great portal Sonicare toothbrush that is worth obtaining.
