More gentle than aquasonic. I really like how small the body is as well. I find it more comfortable to hold and on the gums compared to my old oral b brush. I expect my teeth to be just as clean as the dentist has only commented that my teeth are looking good!
Also comes with a nice travel case but like others have said these use proprietary chargers which is really annoying. If I lose the charger I might just buy the battery operated version and use rechargeable batteries.

I have used electric toothbrushes with batteries for at least 15 years. One is my favorite by far.

Compared to the old Colgate electric toothbrushes with batteries, and the Hum with batteries, One is superior with its slender design and convenient holder. I love being able to recharge this toothbrush. As a result, the toothbrush is much lighter and less bulky because it doesn’t need disposable batteries. The ability to recharge makes it a greener and cheaper option in the long run, and it’s more convenient too.

The head of the toothbrush is long and thin. I much prefer it the head of the Hum which is very small. The Philips One comes with a much more elegant and functional case compared to the Hum. For travel, it wraps up in the case like a wand.

When I purchased the One, I did so because the heads for the Hum had skyrocketed in price. Then I saw the Philips One rechargeable, a feature I’d been longing for, and it was on sale to boot. I tried it out and I love it!

One thing to note: the plug into the device is not compatible with any other charging cord I have. I wish there were a few universal designs, or even just one universal design, because it is a hassle to have so many cords for different devices, particularly when I travel.

Read some onebag guy’s writeup where he used a usb toothbrush and said electric toothbrushes were 80% more effective. Huh? There’s a thing that exists that makes dental care dramatically easier/more effective, why has no one ever told me to use one?
For some reason I thought electric toothbrushes were like $200-300 so I was thrilled to pick this up for $20. Had a month so far, charge is still good. I went to the dentist today and they said there was a marked improvement in my plaque and gum health, which was not super great before. Very encouraged. I play trumpet for a living so need to take care of my teeth.

Quality: Small (good for travel), attractive. It’s sonic (I prefer rotating head better), so it takes me longer to brush my teeth. The charging cable is proprietary, so I have to bring it with me. Most other people already commented on it, and I agree. Why not designing it to use USB C head? They’ll save money on including the cable (we all have tons already).

Price: Expensive for what it is.

Update: I just purchased an Oral-B Cross Action, battery operated. the Oral-B is more than half the price, a little bigger, but with a strong rotating head. All things considered, I prefer the Oral-B.

I wanted to love this toothbrush. When I opened the package, I immediately appreciated the toothbrush’s size, look and portability. That said, I have been disappointed by its performance. The vibration is so weak (especially relative to a full-size sonicare) that it seems pointless. As I see it, I have basically purchased an expensive regular toothbrush with replaceable heads. I would not recommend if you are hoping the vibration will improve teeth cleaning.

Me encanta, la sensación de limpieza es increíble y la carga le dura bastante tiempo. Lo amo

First things first, let’s talk about the design. The Shadow Black color is sleek and sophisticated, and it adds a touch of modernity to my bathroom countertop. The toothbrush itself has a comfortable grip, making it easy to hold and maneuver while brushing. The design is user-friendly and straightforward, which is perfect for someone like me who prefers simplicity in their gadgets.

One of the standout features of the PHILIPS One toothbrush is its sonic technology. I must admit that I didn’t fully understand the science behind sonic toothbrushes before, but this one has made me a believer. The high-frequency vibrations deliver an effective cleaning action, gently but thoroughly removing plaque and debris from my teeth and gums. It feels like a professional dental cleaning every time I use it, leaving my mouth feeling fresh and clean.

The toothbrush has a two-minute timer with 30-second intervals, which has been a game-changer for me. I used to rush through my brushing routine, but now I make sure to spend the recommended two minutes, evenly dividing my time among all quadrants of my mouth. This has greatly improved my brushing technique, and I can feel the difference in how clean my teeth are after each use.

Another feature I appreciate is the rechargeable battery. It’s convenient and eco-friendly, as it eliminates the need for disposable batteries. A single full charge lasts for weeks, which means I don’t have to worry about it dying on me mid-brush. It’s a small detail, but it adds to the overall convenience of this toothbrush.

Maintaining good oral hygiene is not just about brushing but also about replacing the brush heads regularly. The PHILIPS One toothbrush has a handy reminder system that alerts me when it’s time to change the brush head. This ensures that I’m always using an effective and hygienic brush head, which is something I used to overlook in the past.

Cleaning the toothbrush itself is a breeze. The brush head is easily removable for rinsing, and the handle can be wiped clean effortlessly. This simplicity in maintenance suits me perfectly, as I prefer hassle-free solutions in my daily routine.

I also appreciate the availability of replacement brush heads. PHILIPS provides a variety of options, including sensitive and whitening brush heads, allowing me to customize my brushing experience to my specific needs.

In conclusion, the PHILIPS One by Sonicare Rechargeable Toothbrush has exceeded my expectations. It’s user-friendly, efficient, and has elevated my oral hygiene routine to a whole new level. While it may seem like a small upgrade, the benefits it brings to my overall oral health are undeniable. As someone with average intelligence, I can confidently say that this toothbrush is a smart choice for anyone looking to improve their dental care routine.

This is a very convenient electric toothbrush to bring for travel. It is very sleek and can easily fit in any toiletry bag or a random pocket in your carry-on. The USB-C charging is very convenient — not that you’d need it since the battery life is more than enough to last you through your vacation.

I’ve had an electric toothbrush at home for quite a while and was looking for a good portable option for a 21 day cruise. I purchased this and it worked out perfectly. Stayed charged the entire trip without recharge and worked as good as my toothbrush at home. Love it!!

I just got the Philips Sonicare One today, it seems to work well. I like that it’s a very slim design, good for travel. The case is awful, it won’t even come close to staying closed. A truly bad design. I will need to travel with a rubber band around it to keep the head from picking up lint and whatever.
