I have used several brands of waterflosser in the past. This particular model has the best water pressure that’s not too weak or too strong. I love the 15 seconds timer that tells you when to move to different location. The only problem I have with this model is that I can’t register for warranty online because the model, HX3806/21, was not listed. Very frustrating to register.

I had this machine for less than a year. Now the battery is completely dead, will not charge. Extremely disappointed.

Had to get a waterpik to clean my braces. This thing is awesome. Gets everything out, like there’s a bowl of porridge in the bathroom sink after I use this thing in the morning. Battery lasts forever. Has three different jet strength settings. If you have braces and therefore some sensitivity, this is very useful. Easy to use, easy to clean, very portable, nice (and surprising) that it has USB-C charging. It’s very quiet too – note that most plug-in waterpiks are super noisy like you’re running a compressor… not this one. Nothing but good things to say about this unit. If you’re looking for a portable waterpik device, this is the one to buy.

My wife and I use this and it works very well. It comes with 2 nozzles ( regular and quad stream tips ) perfect for us as she uses the regular and I’m using the quad one.
The unit has 3 levels of power stream intensity and 2 cleaning modes ( clean and deep clean ). The deep clean pulses while the clean is steady stream.
They recommend you divide your mouth into 4 quadrants (upper front, upper behind, lower front, lower behind) and clean for 15 seconds each quadrant. Due to this, the stream flows for 15 seconds, then pauses for a second or so, then starts up again. This is to tell you that you should be done one quadrant. I don’t think there is a way to turn this feature off so I just keep the nozzle at same area where it stops and starts.
If you are able to clean each quadrant in 15 seconds, then you should be able to just fill the water tank once.
You can fill the tank from the back as there is a small flip cap. Another way is to twist the top off as then you have a bigger hole to fill or to dump out the water.
Each charge lasts a couple of weeks or so.
All in all, pretty good item for the price.

I hate flossing and my dentist recommended that I try a water pic to help get my teeth clean. I tried the water-pit brand but four d them very noisy. I read a ton of reviews and many pointed to Philips being quieter than the other top contenders. I first bought a Phillips countertop model and it worked great but took up more space than I wanted. I then bought this rechargeable model and it works great. I use it each night before bed. The battery life lasts for weeks!. The water flow is as powerful as the larger units and you don’t have the hose to fight. It holds enough water to do all your teeth and is very easy to fill. Like any other water flosser you have to stay over the sink and keep your mouth mostly closed and cool the excess water into the sink as you floss. You know its working when even after you brushed your teeth you see tiny particles dropping into the sink as you floss 🙂

I’m so happy I got this. I already had a Sonicare toothbrush. I’m elderly, gums receding and have pockets.
This is so easy to use. The water flushes out debris that remains under gums after brushing. I think it’s better than regular flossing. Amazing how many tiny particles may be left. I also swish with mouthwash to combat bacteria.
I can’t repair receding gums, but I’m hopeful my next dentist visit will be a good report.

I have used many flossers over the years and this one (as far as I’m concerned) is the best one out there! Holds a charge for quite a while. Easy to hold. Comes with two heads. You can add water from either the side or remove the water casing. It’s cordless and has 3 intensities and 2 flossing modes (great features).
But what I really like, is that after 30 seconds, it kinda stops and then restarts. For me, this tells me where I should be when using this flosser on my teeth – really like this feature! I’ve purchased two of these flossers and well worth the money spent! I could never get my husband to use a flosser, but with this one – he uses it every day! WinWin in my book!

First things first, the product is GREAT.
I purchased it in December 2023. In April 2024, I noticed it wasn’t charging any more. I called customer support at Phillips Sonicare and a replacement was quickly sent out. Excellent service and excellent product. I am very happy. 😊

I got this because my temporary dental hygienist told me it was better than flossing with actual floss. Turns out that’s not true (thanks Angela 🙄), nonetheless this product is good. I find my mouth feels cleaner after I use this. The levels are nice as well. If you have sensitive gums and bleed when you brush/floss. This would be a good product to use to adjust your gums. It gets right under the plaque and in those creases where your teeth and gums meet which keeps them clean. You can start at a lower level and works your way up to adjust your gums to the pressure.
The battery also lasts crazy long. If im remembering right, I got it and it was fully charged and lasted three months of (almost) daily use so that was nice.
Just remember this is not a flossing replacement!!
