The product is tiny and EXPENSIVE. I haven’t seen change in my skin to warrant the current $76 price tag. It didn’t cause any adverse reaction with my very sensitive skin and moisturized my dry skin well. It’s just that other brands do the same for a fraction of the price. And I don’t understand the branding. They include a pretentious pamphlet talking about how they’re gonna save the world through skincare (I guess, since it’s so vague) as it’s the cause of all human suffering..just weird. Save on the printing of your ridiculously wasteful packaging and you’ll be helping the planet right there! You’re welcome!

Though it says it is a hydrating cream for the face and is best for acne prone skin this cream feels like a dewy foundation that gives the right amount of glow and moisturization to the skin. It looks beautiful when applied and makes the skin glow. I love how it comes with a squeezer that can be used to get the last bit of the product so there is no wastage. It did not cause any irritation on my skin after application and I love that it blends into the skin with the warmth of your fingers. It is beige in color but it suits all skin types and it is very calming.

This review is for the VQM Phytocin, Skin Moisturizer for Troubled and Sensitive Skin, 30ml/1fl.OZ.
I like that this cream comes in a metal tube and cardboard box, with very little plastic waster.
For the cream itself, I appreciate its nourishing formula, especially with Shea Butter and Centella Asiatica Leaf Extract. These are ingredients which I know soothe and hydrate my skin effectively.
However, while I do like these ingredients, I find it a bit heavy for my face. On the flip side, it works wonders on my hands, leaving them feeling nourished and protected.
A little of this cream truly goes a long way, which partially mitigates the steep price tag. Also, they give you a tube key so you can make sure to squeeze every last bit from the tube. However, at $80+, it’s definitely a luxury I have to think twice about splurging on.
Overall, VQM Phytocin is a solid choice for sensitive skin care, especially if your skin is particularly dry. But it is on the pricier side.

I will update this if needed, but I have been using this for about 3 weeks with no results. It’s not what I want to use as a moisturizer due to the price, and to get the moisturization needed I’d be using so much. I need to apply another one in addition after I use this.
The packaging was not appreciated, I was cursing because it was so hard to open and needed scissors so the “might have been nice” box was ruined. I only mention this as others have said the box was nice, but we aren’t paying for a box. It would have been nice if there was more in English included, you will get more info on this page than with the product. Everything was in Korean. I’m not really sure what this product will help me with. I have some redness but still do. I like the cream color, but it’s not a BB cream or makeup as the color doesn’t stay.
I delayed writing this hoping to have more positive to say. I’ll start using more and see if that helps, but it’s too expensive to purchase.
