I ordered this in April after my last dental cleaning. I am still on the first bottle. I use it around 4 to 6 times a week. I just went in for my 3 month cleaning and my gum scores improved and/or maintained. A lot more 1s than last time. My one 4 turned into a 3. Lots of 3s moved up to 2s. This is the only addition I have made to my routine. The best part was there was barely any plaque build up at all. The student hygienist did not detect any, but the professor said they was a small amount on my rear teeth. This was the fasting cleaning I have ever had. Can’t wait to see the improvement that comes with more consistent use. This stuff is awesome!!!!
I added this to an already revised routine to improve my gum health. I had already seen improvement over the last 2 yrs but had hit a plateau. My routine includes these additions 1) Extra soft manual toothbrush (Oral B). 2.)Therabreath Gum Mouthwash 3). Peradontax or Crest Gum Detoxify Toothpaste. 4.) I don’t rinse after brushing. Just spit the Toothpaste out and use Mouthwash 20 mins later. 5.) Waterflossing a few times a week. Regular flossing daily. With that alone I eliminated scores of 4s, 5s and a couple of 6s that were mixed in with 3s, 2s and 1s. But I want all 2s and 1s and no scaling at the appointment. Plax is helping me get there. Both the student hygentist and the Professor were very impressed with the health of my mouth! Five Stars

I’ve been using this pre-brush rinse since the 90s and usually don’t have a lot of tarter or plaque on my teeth, so my teeth cleanings are relatively painless. I think it works great for me.

I floss and scrape my tongue, Plax is used before brushing. Freshens and assists in frothing the toothpaste up so I can use a little while getting a lot. Saves me money! Then using a little to rinse afterwards, the whitests of teeth thanks to Plax!

I’ve used this mint flavored rinse for years, and my teeth don’t feel clean without first rinsing with Plax. It’s always been difficult to find in my area, and always more expensive than this. Very reasonable on Amazon and next day delivery. What’s not to like? Easy to use: 1/2-3/4 of a capful, swish it around for 30 seconds, enjoy the fresh feeling in your mouth.
