Took this product for 6 months. Although it did make a difference in nail growth, I saw no difference in hair growth or thickness. Also did not appear to impact shedding.

I’ve tried all kinds of hair/nail pills. I have thin, fragile hair and lots of fall out in the shower, and during blow dry. OMG, I have noticed my hair fall out is minimal and finally growing. I will go a few days of not washing once straight and touch up with dry shampoo. When I wash, again the fall out is very minimal….this is the first in YEARS, I’m telling you! I will be hitting 50 in October and so very happy with the product! 10/10
