I did everything according to instruction I even waited an hour for better results and they were amazing I got my hair shiny and soft even after second wash they were still shiny but in about 2 weeks I started to lose my hair and now it looks very unhealthy, did someone have same problem as me? I am trying to understand if Prismax made my hair really this bad or it’s some other problem with my health:(

My hair looks healthier and super soft! I used the prismax pre- wash clarifying before I applied the prismax nutritivo deep conditioner. It worked perfect for me. I will definitely keep using this product.

My hair is dry, brittle and freezy. I have some highlights from December 31,2020. I am not a hair expert. I heard about hair botox a long time ago, never got it done because of the price. A Co worker told me about this product and that it was easy to apply yourself. So I got it a couple of months ago. Any way, the first 2 pictures is my hair washed with a clarifying shampoo, no conditioner or anything else. You can see how dry it looks. Then after I apply the product as instructed. Looks glossy and a lot healthier. Last after blow drying it and flat iron. Love it!!! Will update in 3 days…

The instructions are on the Prismax website and YouTube. I applied this as directed but I don’t have a heated bonnet so I just soaked a hair towel in hot water, wrung it out, and wrapped my hair in it, left it on for 1 hr. I rinse out thoroughly, how can I know if I rinse out 70% not realistic for a DIY. The results are nevertheless wonderful. My hair is soft silky and shiny. It doesn’t straighten hair nor change texture or color, just a superb deep protein mask. I’m doing this monthly for 5 months like they recommend. Have done it twice to my frizzy highlights and it’s superb.
