We have been using them for well over a year now and they are easy to use. The YouTube videos help you understand what to do so you don’t butcher the hair. Thanks tips for clips.
PS I accidentally broke a couple of the guards and contacted the company and they are sending me new guards for the cost of shipping only. How is that for customer service?

I’ve been using this set for 2 years and only now had one of the guards break. The company offered to replace it for $5. I also found that the clipper is compatible with this guard set if you want to replace/expand the range.

Great clippers – big upgrade from cheapo “general hair trimmers.” Has a nice size and weight to it that makes handling stable. Love that its wireless, and unlike other clippers I’ve tried the battery doesn’t die after one use!
The #2 guard tab broke and the seller sent me a replacement immediately, free of charge. So A+ for customer service!

The battery dies very fast on this clipper, I tried solving the issue with the seller and he ignored me. They want me to pay for the postage to send it back to New Jersey too that will cost a fortune. The guards, comb and scissors that come with the clipper are pure garbage. The clipper looks nice and worked fine but the battery dies way too quickly and the seller did not want to help me out. I do not recommend this hair clipper at all, I am a licensed barber. You get what you pay for, this chinese crap cant compare with Wahl or Andis.

The guards snap on and off very easily, so you won’t have to struggle taking them off. The battery level indicator is super convenient and the battery itself lasts for a long time.

I was concerned about purchasing this because so many items with embedded, rechargeable batteries nowadays don’t last due to the battery. I decided to purchase it since the battery gave me flexibility and potential safety compared to a corded unit and I haven’t regretted the purchase for a second.
The unit is metal and feels very solid. I charged it initially; after probably 6 or 7 haircuts over the course of 8 or 9 months, the battery still had about half the charge left after only the initial charge! I’m a man with short hair so I wasn’t spending 20 minutes each session so obviously your results will vary but I am still impressed with the quality and the ability of this to keep a charge.
As for its main function, it cuts great. It seems powerful and sharp (not dangerous: they’re just hair clippers after all) so there’s nothing at all to complain about: praise is all I have for these.

Nine months of hair was getting to be a bit much, so I watched a couple of videos online, ordered these clippers, and went at it myself. Even my wife liked the results! OK, so my first try didn’t come out quite as polished as the guy’s hair in the video, but it really is surprisingly good – enough to make me think this will be the way I cut my hair even after Covid is long gone. The clippers have a good weight (not too heavy), charge quickly, are quiet and quite sharp. The scissors are only so-so and the user guide (really just a page) said oil was included but it isn’t. Other than this no complaints (though I am curious how often they will need to be oiled and with what)

Let me start by saying that when working this was a great product. I have been cutting my own hair since college and this thing was a huge upgrade over my previous pair of clippers.
I ordered this on November 8th of last year. I had had it for barely over a year. It has already broken. I clean it after every use. After about 6 months it started making a weird sound but continued to work so I didn’t worry about it. Now it won’t turn on. If I bang it against my hand it’ll turn on for a few seconds and then shut off again. While working easily a 4-5 star product but $70 should last longer than a year. I have since returned to the college clippers, which, while harder to use and worse, are more reliable. If contacted to fix this item i will happily readjust this comment and even point out the quality of customer service. If I do not update, they did nothing to redress the issue.
UPDATE: Nobody from either Amazon or the company reached out to me. I was on phone for hours with both Amazon and the manufacturer. I attempted to do this before the year-long warranty had expired but they both just jerked me around. In the end, I gave up and sought to fix the problem myself as I am very resourceful. The problem was an extremely simple fix. The clipper has a rather inspired design; I learned that one of the greatest issues with this clipper is the battery life, if you could swap out the battery easily, you could use it for a long long time. In order to simplify that process, they made it so that you just have to screw the connector from a new battery into the clipper. The vibrations from the clipper simply loosened this screw to the point that it was no longer making stable contact with the device. I simply screwed it in and it is working as new. You would think, in the hours I was speaking to customer service they would have told me about this.
