Don’t throw away the empty bottle when you replace it. The two I have run into have the letters GRY and YEL. My dispenser also has a yellow sticker inside that has the letters YEL. The GRY prevents the dispenser from working, much like a key.

This is a good product that is easy to install in the dispenser and the product itself goes on pretty nicely. We use them in our urgent care and my only complaint would be after using a lot in a short period of time, it starts to get gritty while rubbing it in. But really we’ve had no big issues with it.

This hand wash fit perfectly in my Gojo dispenser and is a great value. I’ve been using it for about 2 months and still have plenty of soap left!! Not only is this a great value but I will continue buying it when my dispenser runs low!!

Installed in my LTX-12 dispenser and all I got was a blinking red light which means either the batteries are low, the container is empty or the incorrect kind. I tried two sets of new batteries and both containers and I still have the same problem. Beware LTX-12 dispenser users!!!!

This is a wonderful product, I use it to wash my hair. It leaves my hair soft with out cream rinse. i use it on my little dog too!
