  1. Amazon Customer

Upon receiving it, I noticed that the liquid had leaked all over the bottle, making it sticky and messy. Even worse, the product looks used, with noticeable signs of wear on the packaging. I had high expectations for this brand, but this shopping experience has been a letdown.

This product was in a hotel I stayed at in Pioneertown Joshua Tree!! Fell in love with it and googled it!
It’s all I want to use now !

  3. Kevin

I really like these products. My hair is softer, less frizzy , the shampoo and conditioner works great for me. I can not use loud smelling products I have Parosmia. These are just perfect. The body wash is just as nice. Highly recommend these products! I discovered these at a retreat I went to. Came home and immediately ordered them. Finally something that I can use!

My husband and I were out of town and stayed at a hotel and they had these products in the bathroom. I fell in love with them & had to have them ordered them and use it every day. They’re super smelling and rinse extremely well!!

  5. Annika

So far so good, only used the product for a month and it leaves my hair soft and silky

  6. Annika

I really wanted to use this as a set, and it seems a bit too trivial and waste to send back for a replacement. The content of the bottles is fine.

  7. Eric

Packaging looked like bottles were refilled and put in vacuumed plastic bags. One of the bags had soap spills inside. Shampoo and soap extremely diluted. Conditioner very thick, almost paste consistency. I would not buy again.

(Aside: I have a somewhat poor sense of smell. So maybe other people will get more from the scents than I do?)

    ~

    Body wash:

It has a scent, but it’s faint enough that I couldn’t describe what it was while using it.

It worked fine for getting sudsy on a pouf and cleaning me, and I didn’t need to use any more or less than other soaps.

    ~

    Shampoo:

The scent is a little stronger than the body wash; maybe citrusy…?

It also got sudsy and cleaned my hair just fine.

    ~

    Conditioner:

This one has the strongest scent, and it’s like a hybrid of citrus/orange and spices, with more emphasis on the citrus but still enough of the spices. I have an orange spice tea that I really like, which this slightly reminded me of.

It left my hair feeling very smooth – maybe slightly more than my usual conditioner.

The dispenser is annoying, though; it’s a very narrow little tube and it takes more pumps than it should to get enough. I wish it had a flip-top like the others, and I’ll probably see if I can free up a flip-top from something else to swap with the pump.

    ~

Overall it’s fine, but I have no idea why it’s currently $56. That seems very overpriced, to me.

Personally, the only one I’d want to get again would be the conditioner, but I like my soaps and things to have strong scents.

For the set I got in August 2023, the body wash and conditioner expire in September 2025, and the shampoo expires in August 2025.

…the bottle design reminds me of a web comic I enjoy reading. 😉
