Pureology products have always impressed me. The first time I used their them I was impressed. Though it is likely more expensive than most would think to pay – a little goes a long way. If you have to fill your palm with cheaper products to make them work as needed then you are spending more than you think. A bit in the palm of Pureology products is enough and the results are very noticeable. I highly recommend and will buy again. This brand is an upgrade and investment in your hair health – and because it works so well I consider it a self-care product. I have used the Pure Volume shampoo and conditioner and the Purple shampoo and conditioner. I recently discovered the gold bottles and hope to try them out soon.

Dry hair? This is the best conditioner! It’s more expensive that most, but it’s totally worth it! My hair feels so soft and full after using it! It’s the best conditioner I’ve used in 50 years!
I also use it on my granddaughter’s thick hair, with the same soft and beautiful results! Normally her hair is tangled and somewhat brittle feeling after shampooing. Getting a comb or brush through it always resulted in crying. No more tears!! Her comb and hair brush sail through her beautiful hair now – wet or dry!

My hair literally started breaking off at the roots after using this. I would however say that my hairstylist has said never to buy hair products from Amazon as you can’t trust what’s in it or whether it’s been watered down etc and to buy straight from a salon. Can’t say whether the true product is actually bad but this Amazon one definitely was!

Disclaimer: my hair is thick, heavy, and long. So I tend to buy lightweight shamp/cond.
The second I put this shampoo in my hair, I ended up with a tangled, wiry mess. It left my hair feeling beyond dry, even after using the conditioner (which I liked much better). I use a leave-in conditioning spray as well, and Im pretty sure thats currently the only reason I don’t look like a poodle with an ’80’s blowout mess. But then maybe thats the Volume that they mentioned.
On the other hand, the scent is absolute amazeballs, and I will probably use it for that alone…

This shampoo and the conditioner are costly. They are all alright, but I would never rebuy them. You cannot tell the shampoo from the bottle of conditioner. The small letters are very hard to read on these bottles. Plus, for the money, my hair is no better.

I have purchased this salon quality shampoo and conditioner from a salon in the past and loved the results. The conditioner this time is fine, but the shampoo left my hair difficult to comb through with my fingers prior to conditioning.

It gave you some volume the smell wasn’t the best. But the conditioner was not moisturizing at all made my hair feel like hay and I had to use hair masks instead to bring life back to my hair after using this
