I thought all of the good reviews weren’t true but I still decided to just try it… I’m so glad I did! My hair frizzes up immediately without product so I was skeptical that this would work since you have to wash it out. My curls are so defined, so much curlier at the ends which are damaged, so so soft, and the pictures I took are after my hair completely dried with no product AND a night of sleep! I actually had to go in and separate the big chunks of curls and rough up my hair with my hands, as it was a little too defined for me, which is crazy. So so worth getting, my hair is so much healthier

Big quantity for amount you paid. Did not do wonders for me but good enough as an everyday conditioner. The conditioner smells like the hospital and washes off without the slimy feel like all other conditioner, where you would not know if you rinse off enough. Overall satisfied.

A hair dresser, not thinking because she was rushing and talking so much, re-bleached my already white hair sections while doing a root touch up on my hair. It felt like dried up straw, wouldn’t move like real hair anymore (would just stick out if brushed), basically never let go of water when washed, and was breaking any time you touched it. I should’ve had a short bob / pixie cut after what she did… but I was recommended a cholesterol conditioner by an older co-worker and thank heavens I found this..
I have pretty thin hair, aside from the hair loss I had after this issue, and I find that this washes away just fine and doesn’t leave my hair feeling unclean. (I leave this on for 1-3 hours at a time, 2-3 times a week, depending. Then wash it away with Fudge Purple Shampoo (so hydrating!) or a hair growth shampoo, Not Your Mother’s is 10/10.) It brings so much life, movement, and shine to your hair. I only had to cut five in off, not over a foot, and I trim these bits of hair more often now..

I remember a stylist putting this in my hair, back in the 80s. My hair was relaxed and she used it as a deep conditioner. It’s as fragrant now as it was back then. It strengthens the hair and helps lessen shedding.
Use a small amount, and gently detangle your hair. I use it with my purple conditioner because it’s yellow. Using it by itself can dull your silver. But I use it at least once a month. My hair sheds less and maintains my natural curls. Still a terrific product. Thumbs up.

When I was in HS I took cosmetology and used this product. I always loved it. My hair is not growing from all the hair coloring to blonde I have done so I have to fix it. I know the directions are different from what I am using it but it helps me with my dry brittle hair. I’m using it like conditioner instead and so far my hair is soooo soft and smooth as well as manageable. My hair is short about shoulder length and I can already see a difference after 3 washes. I highly recommend if you are trying to repair your hair. The smell has changed from what I remember, smells a bit off, but worth the trade off to having better hair.

I’ve used this twice in the past month and i love it. I was hesitant at first to buy this because of the mixed reviews i read online. Mostly because of the smell and also some say it’s greasy. To me it smells like good old school hair products with a medical band-aid type smell, but it’s not that bad. The texture is like a creamy lotion, not greasy at all. It absorbs very well and washes out easily.

The first time i used it, i applied it to my hair for 15 minutes after using shampoo and conditioner then covering my hair with a shower cap. The second time, i applied it to my dry hair, covered it with a cap and left it on overnight. Then in the morning i washed it out, afterwards i shampooed and conditioned my hair. The results are awesome. I relax my hair all the time and i always use heat on my hair. I didn’t realize my hair was in bad condition. This conditioning cream has made my hair feel soft and it looks healthy. And you can’t beat the price. This big bottle is gonna last me a long time. So happy i found this.

I managed to over-color my hair and damaged it beyond belief. In desperation, I went online and searched for a product that would help rehydrate and repair. I had never heard of Cholesterol before and stumbled across a post where someone highly recommended it as an extreme intense conditioner. I searched further and found a number of positive reviews, and I loved that it was inexpensive versus spending an ungodly amount of money on professional brands. So I decided to give it a try. I used this product several times a week for a couple of weeks. To it’s credit, it did almost immediately help soften my hair. But it had its limits and after several applications, I didn’t notice any further improvement. I needed more than just a little hydration…I needed repair, short of cutting all my hair off and starting over again. I also had a hard time getting past the smell. It isn’t horrible but not exactly pleasant either.

After 2 weeks of using this product, I decided to keep looking for something better. I ended up buying 2 other products that I use together, and the results (for me) have been incredible! Not only is my hair softer, more hydrated with better texture, but I am finally seeing some repair. I selected L’Oreal Total Repair Extreme Reconstructing Conditioner, which I use when I shower in the mornings. I also broke down and spent the money (well worth it) on AG Fast Food Leave-On Condition, which I apply to my hair before bedtime and leave on overnight. I can’t say which of these 2 products is giving me the best results. All I care about is that I’m finally getting the results I was looking for. Back to healthy hair!

I love this conditioner!! For best results, slather it on before you wash your hair. Leave it on for 30 minutes then wash your hair as normal. You’ll be amazed at the results, my post pregnancy dry and brittle hair is restored to sleek and shiny softness. Plus a little goes a long way!

I use this conditioner as a leave in conditioner and a styler.

I know that what works for some doesn’t necessarily work for all hair types, but for me I don’t have to add a styler such as a gel or a curl cream.

I rarely find this conditioner in the “Super” version, but when I do it sells out.

The “Super” version of this brand is the only one that my hair seems to like!!!

My curls come out with no frizz and last for days!!!

It’s worth the money and lasts me a long time!!!
