It is light and comfortable to use. Also convenient to store home and to travel. After use, teeth feel clean. It takes only a AAA battery that lasts over a couple of month. I love this purchase. Bought to use at work since I have braces. about two months after purchase, the lid of the water reservoir broke off. Another 3 months and it stopped turning on. quip website says the floss tip is clogged if a red light comes on and won’t start. the tip is in fact not clogged and I can’t get a replacement despite “1 year warranty” because I bought it from amazon and not directly from quip. lame.

Very good at dislodging food and helping to keep your teeth clean. Attractive on my counter. Easy to use.
The reservoir is small, but that’s not much of an inconvenience. Two things I wish it had: (1) a case for travel and (2) a standard USB power cord at the oral irrigator end so I don’t have to pack a cord just for it for long trips. That said, it has a decent battery life.

I was very pleased with the power and use of the water flosser but yesterday it stopped working. I had a problem finding the customer service but thanks to an employee received an email with instructions and my flossed works and is very powerful again.

it works well and is really nice but the 2 pressure settings are not enough with the intensity. the gentle setting doesn’t do anything if you don’t have gaps between you teeth. I had braces so my teeth are pretty tight together and the gentle setting basically splashed against my teeth and doesn’t get between at all. the second setting on the other side is painful if you have sensitive gums or even if you use it too close to your gums. aside from those, it gets the job done and it’s super portable which is nice as well. I don’t regret the purchase.

I bought myself one of there at Target and tried to bay another unit for my wife. Target was out of stock so off to Amazon. Same unit for a few bucks less. Had my unit for about six months still working great with nightly use. Very happy!

I’ve used Waterpiks for decades but when I saw this product I couldn’t resist – the sleek design, the matte finish, the perfect image maker when a guest would see it in my bathroom. Then, 3-1/2 months after it arrived, it began sputtering for 4-5 days and then died. I’m back to another reliable Waterpik and not planning to let some new, hot design with matte finish lure me away again.

This flosser is really well made and easy to use. It does take a few times to get used to it and not shoot water everywhere. It’s streamlined and nice to look at. I don’t mind seeing it in my counter.
