My favorite winter cream and my best defense against a brutal winter. It’s rich and velvety. Goes on smooth and keeps my face from drying out at night. Works great during the day too and protects from the elements. Has a pleasant smell that’s not overpowering. I am not putting chemicals on my face. Will stick with this natural product. It works.

I have been using this for several months and have not seen a difference in my skin. It has a pleasant perfumed scent (beware if you are sensitive to scented skincare) and is very rich going on the skin, but oddly enough it does not absorb into the skin very well. It has an almost oily feel to it. I received this as a gift and would definitely not repurchase (terribly expensive) or recommend. I’ll stick with Lancome and Elemis.

After almost fifty years on this planet, I have been considering using retinol for my skin. However, with my skin being very sensitive, I wanted a natural alternative. Enter bakuchi seed. This ingredient promises to work in the same way as retinol and is a key ingredient in this cream which is also clean i.e. no potentially harmful nasties. A small amount of this cream spreads easily over my skin and leaves it feeling so nourished and comfortable. I love the subtle scent and the texture which isn’t too heavy nor is it too light. It absorbs well into my skin and leaves it with a healthy natural glow. It’s on the pricier side but only a small amount is needed for a good dose of moisture, so for me, it’s worth every cent. It makes a huge difference to my skin so I’ll be coming back for this. I can see this product working for all ages, even young ones in their twenties.
