This conditioner is nice but didn’t bad ingredients. I’ll use the rest but will not buy again.

I really like this condition, especially when I pair it with the ATLANTIS Moisturizing shampoo. While the bottle is quite small, I find that I only have to use a little bit for my shoulder-length hair. About the size of a nickle would be more than enough. My hair tends to feel brittle and dry in the summertime. It’s a combination between the highlights, the sun and swimming. After using this conditioner just once, I could feel a difference. It continues to improve with frequent use. My hair seems to be smoother and is less frizzy when I leave it to air dry.

Many hair products tend to be overpowering with man-made scents. I feel that this conditioner has a mild, but clean smell. It reminds me a bit of an essential oil mixed with coconut, but I can’t quite put my finger on which one. Either way, it’s pleasing to my senses.

It is expensive, but since I only need a little at a time, I believe it will last longer than I had anticipated.

This is a great shampoo for me since I tend to have frizzy hair. I have been using it for quite some time & still love the smell.

  7. HarleyD87

Love love love best conditioner I’ve ever used and I’ve tried about 100. No tangles and leaves my hair extremely soft.

  8. Amazon Customer

Made hair soft and definitely moisturizing. Have bought twice since.

*UPDATE 7/18/19- you can put more conditioner in your hair as long as it’s not the base area of the head, focus more on the middle and ends 🙂

    I absolutely love this conditioner.
Yes, it does leave your hair a little flat. BUT, I think that depends on how much conditioner you use, and also how your hair is. I dyed my hair to a balayage and my hair was just a ball of tangles. Being a brunette prior, my hair was pretty soft and luscious (not in a narcissistic way), but let’s just say i NEVER had to brush it and it would be okay. But after the dye, I have to blow dry it and comb it out to have it be presentable. Even then, i wouldn’t have straight-ish hair as i did before, and it looked very dead and poofy.

But with this conditioner, it does wonders! I wash my hair every 2 days, and it looks so healthy and silky. I would definitely recommend to anyone! Just keep in mind, that it will make your hair a bit flat, but i would take that over poofy-dead hair any day!

If you want to reduce “flatness” put on about 60% LESS than what you would usually put with other conditioners. I use to squeeze out so much conditioner, but with this one, I literally only squeeze out the amount of a quarter. It still works, but you’ll see it less flat. Hope that helps! 🙂

So I have been using this product for about a month now along with the “R+Co Sunset BLVD Blonde Shampoo” and I’m loving the results. I already reviewed the shampoo separately but the combo is doing wonders for my hair.

First off, the formula does not include, parabens, sulfates, gluten, mineral oil, or petrolatum. It has a combination of fancy ingredients from Japan, Portugal, and Malaysia. I’m not expert on conditioner formulation but whatever they put in it seems to be working for me. There is quite a distinct difference in the feel of my hair when consistently using a high-end product such as this one vs. a drugstore off the shelf brand.

The packaging is simple but effective. R+Co products all have a sort of feel to them on the packaging. I really love that they use different colours for different products so I can easily pick out the bottle even with soap in my eyes. The

All you need is a little bit of it in your hair, maybe 5 ml (which by this estimate would give you about 50 uses). It leaves the hair feeling full, and silky right after applied and then soft, and luxurious after your hair is dried. I usually have pretty dry hair unless I specifically treat it with a moisturizer and this does an excellent job combating dryness and any sort of frizz.

Regarding the cost, if you use 5 ml per use, it will cost you $0.71 before tax. Given that, I think it hits a nice middle-ground between drugstore off-the-shelf products and really high-end products I can’t afford to use every day. I do and will continue to use this on a regular basis because I feel like it has repaired some significant damage I have done to my hair and I think it’s worth it for me to use it to keep my hair healthy and feeling good.

I found “ATLANTIS” to be an awesome conditioner, it really makes a difference. It’s a very rich/thick conditioner but doesn’t feel heavy after you use it.

It has a medium intensity smell, heavy on coconut but there are hints of citrus/lemon of some sort and a slight musky background that makes the scent complex enough to avoid a feeling I often have when using any kind of coconut smelling product that makes me feel like I’m using sun screen. I think the scent is unisex enough that anybody would be okay with it.

Despite what others have thought, I haven’t found it leaves any kind of greasy residue or feeling at all (but I am extra thorough with rinsing) and can’t think of any reason why it couldn’t be used every day if wanted or needed. I only needed to use very little of the product compared to runnier conditioners, so the small volume of the product in the bottle probably goes further than you might think compared to products that come in larger bottles but probably contain a greater amount of water.

It’s still a little too expensive for me to buy to use every day but I would buy more to ration out a couple of times a week.

I was introduced to this brand at a salon and decided to try it at home. For reference, I have eczema and have to be careful about which products I use because my scalp will rage for days if there are any irritating ingredients – simply shopping sulfate-free is no guarantee for me. That also means I can’t over-shampoo even with good shampoo or I get dandruff; I shampoo/condition 2-3 times per week. I also rotate out every month between a few different brands of shampoo/conditioner based on weather, how my skin is acting, and just to prevent buildup. I’ve tried MANY different brands over the last 8 years figuring out what works for my hair/scalp and what is worth the money, so I have some cheaper brands and some pricier ones in the rotation.

This conditioner is my favorite one I’ve ever used. A little bit goes a LONG way. My hair is thick and wavy and goes to the small of my back. I only apply shampoo to my scalp and only apply conditioner to the bottom few inches of hair, so with my other conditioners in rotation (including much-loved drugstore brands), I’d estimate I use about 3-4 tablespoons of conditioner with each wash. With this brand, it’s so thick and luxurious I only need about 1-2 tablespoons to get the same detangling and smoothing effect. It leaves my hair so soft and healthy, and my waves are still light enough to have a nice amount of curl and bounce to them when i let my hair air-dry.

Since I use such a small amount at a time (and rotate brands), I have had the same bottle for a year. I’m on my 4th round/month of using it and still have more than half left, so the cost is so worth it to me since I go through my cheaper brands much faster. I use this with the R+Co clarifying shampoo, which I also like but I do go through their shampoo faster than their conditioner

I LOVE this shampoo and conditioner. As someone who thought she just had frizzy, not-quite-straight, not-quite-wavy, and generally unruly hair for decades, this shampoo and conditioner duo was a revelation. The moisturizing effects of this shampoo and conditioner brought the curls I thought I’d lost in childhood back to life! Using the conditioner as a once-weekly deep conditioning treatment means my hair stays curly and perfectly moisturized even in Chicago winters when the dry heat pumped into every building would otherwise desiccate my hair. FIRST-TIME USERS: Especially if you’re used to washing and conditioning your hair every single day, I recommend easing into incorporating this shampoo and, in particular, conditioner into your routine. If your scalp is used to producing enough oil to replenish your hair after daily washing, it will likely take your scalp some time to adjust. Your hair may feel heavier for the first few weeks or so, but if you allow your hair and scalp time to adjust, your patience will be rewarded.
In accordance with best practices for curly hair, I recommend washing your hair no more frequently than every two or three days. If your hair isn’t particularly dry, then condition just as often; no need to deep-condition. If your hair is particularly dry in winter, you can condition every day and deep-condition once a week, but only shampoo once or twice a week. A little goes a long way with this wonderfully effective duo!
I’ve tried other products before and after using R+co Atlantis moisturizing shampoo and conditioner, and I keep coming back to these products. Used as needed for your hair-type, these little bottles are worth every penny.
