I disliked not being able to use it! The top was missing, not to mention, the spray nozzle was completely broken off! May I suggest packing materials? Mine had none!

I was really struggling with piercing irritation, I went in to my piercer and bought a small bottle of this product. After I ran out, I found this big bottle on Amazon for a more affordable price. It works great for cleaning piercings. It’s easy to use, and has kept any irritation at bay.

I used this spray on a brand new piercing. 3 days post-piercing, I ended up with a horrible infection. Long story short, I ended up going to urgent care to get antibiotics. I thought it was just a random infection that can just happen, but during & after the infection subsided, I began using a water + salt mixture I made myself to clean the piercing.
After the infection fully cleared up, I started using this spray again for a few days, but noticed after I used the spray morning & night for a couple of days, my piercing began to feel sore & red again as if it hadn’t been cleaned in days. So then I’d go back to doing a salt + water mix & my piercing feels fine. This has happened a few times now (switching cleaning methods for 2-3 days at a time), & has made me conclude that the reason my piercing feels sore & probably got infected in the first place is because this spray doesn’t actually have saline & just has water. It was never cleaning my piercings at all.
I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else who bought this product. I’m not sure if I was sent some cheap version, or if it somehow got messed up in shipping, but I truly hope this brand isn’t just out here scamming people!

The spray is a gentle mist like described. There’s quite a lot in the bottle so that’s good! I was currently having an issue with my new piercing and this healed it with consistent use (3x a day). I want to keep up using it and will probably just use at night before I go to sleep. Overall it’s really good and I would buy it again!

I bought this and bought literally started working after one use. I got so much relief. I had my nipples pierced back in January 2024 and ran into some issues months later with pain. I got this in just a couple days and right after spraying on the piercing site I immediately got relief! I was afraid I would have to take my piercings out but I have not had an issue since using!
