Easy to adjust height just hold the base and pull up to three levels. Large space for hair rollers! The high heat is so hot so you could use the second to hottest level. It’s loud but the heat will put you to sleep. Great product!

Overall, the dryer is good but it does not adjust to the person height. I have to use a pillow on my seat to be able to dry my hair totally. The heat adjustment is great. Next time I would try something else. For now it’s ok.

Overall it’s does the job. Heats pretty well. It’s light weight and the usual size of these dryers for the price. My only complaints are that it’s a bit noisy and that I had to come to the video reviews to see how to adjust the height. Based on the instructions you just “pull up/down on the column” but after a few times
Doing that it didn’t budge. Upon watching a review the first time you will absolutely have to sit it on floor and hold down with your foot and pull up on the
Column to adjust. After that it’s moves more easily. I almost thought I got a bad one lol.

The dryers appears and feels durable. I did have to youtube how to extend it. Instead I used my adjustable home office desk, worked like a charm. I Used the medium setting and the dryer reached warmth in a good time frame. I did not plug it in the wall, but a power cord instead. The cord nor the extension is warm/hot to touch. Great sign in my book as i am skeptical of purchasing items from Amazon that requires a lot of current/power.
It is a loud dryer but a dryer nonetheless. Will update if need be. Oh watch out!, there’s a filler of cardboard within the box that smells like fish. Throw that piece out and continue your use-of the box for storage. Happy drying!

As an African American woman with coily/curly hair, I know the importance of having a really good hooded dryer to set your curls after working so hard on styling. I can say that this hooded dryer is the BEST one I’ve ever had! It’s lightweight, easily adjustable, and distributes heat very evenly. And, the best part is its value for the money! It is a very affordable, quality dryer that I would definitely recommend.

I needed a hood dryer for occasional hair colour developing, and rare but possible roller sets and hair treatments. It is reasonably priced to boot!
It’s lightweight, portable and has an extra roomy dome, that could use a flip lid for your eyes. The temperature settings are perfect and don’t blow the hair around.

I have natural thick biracial hair. I really like this dryer for the price. My hair drys using it quickly. It’s a little interesting to find a place to dry my hair. You need a chair you can adjust and a good place to put the dryer. I set the dryer on my kitchen island which is higher than most tables. It’s not the most comfortable thing to sit under just because the height is not adjustable so you have to rely on your chair for that- but it’s not unbearable for drying either. I’m satisfied with it and wouldn’t opt to return or buy one of the more high end dryers. I like that the air can adjust from being cold to hot. Storage is really cool to, the dryer folds down and you can carry it kind of like you would a bucket. I would recommend this product and 10/10 would buy it again. I definitely believe it helps reduce frizz to.
