This is easy to use. I just lay down and lay it on my face so I don’t use the strap on my head. It makes me take a break from crazy days and I still feel like I’m accomplishing something. I use the red light due to I’m almost 60 but I wish we had these when my kids had such a hard time with acne in their teens.

The mask seems great and I believe its working because I can feel the effects on my skin after I have worn it for 20 min. The only issues I have are that the cord is not that long and difficult to sit in a chair or the couch and relax. Second, it’s very uncomfortable. The eye are seems to hit my eyes at the wrong spots and presses in so much that I have to either wear the elastic band at the loosest setting or just lay it on my face. I’m excited to see my skin results in the next month. I am using it 3 times a week for 15 min each time.

I’ve used the mask for one week, and I’ve already noticed a significant improvement in my skin.
