Before using this my hair was super damaged from my old shampoo. I saw some people using Based on TikTok and decided to give it a try. Within 3 days of using it I could already feel my hair start to repair itself. I love the peppermint scent and it sets me up for a great foundation to style with Based Powder. I couldn’t recommend this product more.

Was bought for my son and he likes it so far. Smells like peppermint candy. The product pictures show a bottle with varying ingredients than the actual bottle I received so keep that in mind before buying with you’re looking for a specific ingredient in this shampoo.

You’re probably interested in this because you saw someone in social media casually mention this product in a post and the post didn’t say it was sponsored or they earned commission. It was just a clever ad.
The one that tricked me, personally, was a slideshow about a guy living in Japan and how all his Japanese friends used this shampoo and his hair had “a major glowup” after using it. He even detailed how he got it for his friend to bring back home before realizing it was available on Amazon.
I am clearly not immune to propaganda and was tricked.
There is nothing special about this product and it is overpriced. I regret buying it. Don’t purchase.
