While it work, it worked great. The problem is that every once in a while it pretends to have no charge. Now it won’t turn on. Before I connected it for a few minutes and then it would return to normal. It appears that the circuitry is bad and will enter a failed mode where the motor doesn’t have the right signal or sufficient power to operate. The fact that it has a detachable arm is fantastic. I only wish it would extend 6” more. You can get most of your body and with a little help, all of it. I’m a 5’10 250# dad that is round on the edges.

This will shave all your body and face except your jewels and dollar bill. I’m not brave enough to go there and if you are, check your medical insurance first. There are better options out there for this.

It’s good for shaving your back hair and anywhere you need a close trim. The attachments are useless though and move most of the hair away from the blades before it cuts them.

The best body groomer I’ve ever used. The last one I had always made me look like I’d been wrestling with a bobcat. This one glides across your skin smoothly. And its waterproof.

This is everything the mangroomer should be after years of existence. It’s a product I want everyone to know about if they need this type of thing. I have a hairy back and sometimes I want to avoid the awkwardness of asking my wife for help. It also works great on chest hair without the extension-handle thingy and it feels solid and high quality. The design seems well thought out rather than just throwing a blade on a stick. The extension handle feels like a better quality plastic than mangroomer and easily adjusts to the desired length. The razor then snaps into the handle extension thing. There was no pulling of hairs when I ran it over my back or my chest. The wide blade makes fast work of hair. With the man groomer I had to make 10’s of multiple passes, it was more like plowing the hair than shaving. This thing gets most everything after like 2-4 passes with no pulling of hairs. The newest mangroomer was so bad all it did was pull hairs, it was more painful than getting “sugared”/waxed. This thing is so good I’ve gotten more adventurous and tried areas its not designed for. It’s done great with other areas, I’ve started using it on my neck which is extremely sensitive and it’s worked great. I wouldn’t recommend it for the undercarriage as the blade is too large and it would be hard to contour around stuff though it is possible.

I have tried multiple brands of body hair trimmer. Most pull hair or take a long time to use. This trimmer doesn’t pull hair at all, nor scratch me. It’s probably 50% wider body then all other trimmers so its like mowing a lawn with a driving mower rather then a regular small one. Trimmer doesn’t bind up at all when cutting. I can do all my triming in literally 25% of the time. Mainly because it also cuts fully on the first pass. This is the first trimmer I have found that literally is a 100% great product. Has made my life simpler I like it …Very pleased!

I have used this now for the 5th & the last time.
I don’t trim often but when I do I find that this tool is not up to the job.
Hair often jams the blade such that you have to stop & get it all out. If you try to use water to clean it out that wont work either. you need to stop what you are doing, take the guard off and use the tiny brush it comes with to clean it all out. which is about 10 times for me in one sitting. So I would suggest some other option. plus its not one of the cheapest. you would think it is able flush the cut hair or something. sad.

I wish handle could extend a few inches more. Beside it, it’s a good and reliable body groomer.

I’ve used a number of body groomers that have all had design flaws reducing their efficacy. This one is the best designed I’ve come across so far.

It’s a nifty little thing that’s ergonomically designed, allowing you to grip it easily and get a good cutting angle. The head is wide enough that you can do a few passes and be done. I haven’t tried the back shaver attachment just yet, but it looks like it’ll work (this is worth the price even if it doesn’t). This one’s a keeper.

The only caution I’d give is that this probably isn’t suitable for shaving below the belt – the wide head could do substantial damage. This is strictly a body groomer, and worth every penny for that purpose.

Overall this works phenomenally well! I wish had used a type c charger instead of a traditional plug, but that is minor!

I have Remington’s head shaver which I absolutely love so I figured I’d try this body shaver. I do not like it at all. It is difficult to use without nicking yourself.

I bought specifically to trim my back hair. I was a bit skeptical, but the shaver and the extension handle worked very, very well! I trimmed down the furthest possible (no head attachment) and it is almost as good as a razor shave – but without the nicks and cuts. Bonus for no ingrown hairs from a razor shave, either.

One warning though, it’s not appropriate for non-flat private areas for men. When the razor encounters a sudden change in topical area, it will cut into the raised area, same as a regular razor.

This trimmer is amazing and the best by far I have tried for shaving your back with. Much, much better than the mangroomer. The handle works pretty well, and I like that you can make it longer or shorter to get different angles. This does actually cut through the hair and does not cut up your back. However, using this with the guards for trimming any other part of your body will leave you disappointed. The blades are not very long. This makes it very gentle but harder to cut longer hair. If you are trying to trim long hair, you will have to go over the same spot numerous times. So if you have any intentions of using the guards this might not be the best trimmer for you.
