These cases are great for my purposes!! Love the slim shape and magnetized closure. I purchased several other retainer cases (horseshoe shaped), but they were not wide enough to hold both upper and lower retainers flat without stacking. I soak my Invisalign retainers in hydrogen peroxide after each nightly wearing. I used to try using the expensive little packets of crystals for cleaning them, but they didn’t get them very clean, and they would still discolor and have an unpleasant odor. If you have this kind of retainer, the best tip I’ve ever gotten from my hygienist is to soak them in a simple hydrogen peroxide solution (available in dark bottles at any pharmacy, CVS, Wal Mart, etc.). This is an extremely cost effective method, too, as one of the larger bottles lasts about a month and costs about $2.00. Give it a try. You’ll love it!
