I’ve used the Reuzel “White” clay matte water soluble pomade tin for a few years now and love it, but wanted to check out one with slightly firmer hold and this was PERFECT!
It’s almost just as easy to work with and prep, applied cleanly, smells like sugar cake dessert and washes out easily with no residue!
The extra hold is actually fantastic for how easily the grey and white rinse out afterward. I’d say this one grips 30% stronger and stays together without being sticky or waxy ALL DAY long for me. I have very fine curly/wavy hair and after bathing this applies easily and holds damp hair right away, then dries quick too. After a follow up ruffling of the hair, this pomade comes out matte, invisible and so clean looking, while keeping my hair out of my face and even allows for a little cowlick on one side that holds throughout a full work day no problem. Really love it and will be buying a bigger tin to keep in my daily rotation! Slightly pricey, but worth it!

I used this product for my hair. It’s easy to wash since all you need is water. Does not contain alcohol since that’s what dries out the scalp. The product is portable. It’s a product for real men.
The product on the picture is bigger since the one I bought is not with me. However, is the same product. I learned to write like this in Oklahoma.

I have been using hair product for men for almost 30 years. Reuzel stands at the top. It’s the best brand out there. Reuzel “gray” as this one is called, has a good strong hold. It smells pleasant. It does what it says it will do, and it does it all day. If you have thick or coarse hair, this will hold it. It is easy to work in your hands and into your hair. It washes out with water and shampoo. It is somewhat resistant to water, so it won’t all run out if you swim or workout or shower without actually washing your hair. I highly recommend this product.

I’ve been buying the Extreme Hold Matte Pomade for my sons’ hair for years now after trying many other products. This holds both fine hair and thicker, course hair very well. I love the matte look, as it’s hard to find pomade that doesn’t give a shiny look. The smell is great, but strong. Our hair stylist recommended this and we won’t go back to anything else!

I have tried quite a few mustache/beard products in the future, and I can’t seem to find any with enough hold. I have a curl at about the 2″ mark. This product is more like a heavy cream and it has the best hold I have experienced yet.
I think it holds as long as any other product I have used. I recommend it.

Product was ok, but not what I was looking for. I have thick longer hair and this stuff did not have the best hold and towards the end of the day my hair started to look very greasy. Happy I tried it out because of all the hype, but will most likely not purchase again.
