I got this to curl my bangs so they would be poofy. Works great. The clip that holds your hair is kinda weak so you must use thin layers of hair. If you have really thick hair it might not work. I agree with other commenters the little stand for the curling iron does not work so don’t place it on anything flammable.

I was looking for an inexpensive curling iron to help style my new, short hair cut. I am not someone who usually puts a lot of effort into my hair nor am I very educated when it comes to hair products or tools but this iron is exactly what I was looking for.
PROS:
-The iron heats quickly (which most do nowadays) but this one heats within 30 seconds to a minute.
-The features are straightforward, on/off button and a dial for the temperature.
-The cord is at least 6ft which gives you a lot of room to move around your head.
-The iron cools off quickly which allows you to store it away quickly.
-It’s a sturdy iron that will hopefully last a while.
CONS:
-The heat is pretty intense. I only needed to turn the dial to 3 to achieve a nice, tight curl. (My hair isn’t super thin but isn’t super thick.)
-It would be nice if the dial displayed an actual temperature rather an a number from 1 to 30. Start with a lower number so you don’t end up burning your hair off.
-The stand to rest the iron is a little short and isn’t strong enough to hold up the iron when resting it on the counter.

Pretty easy to use, it comes with a guide to help choose which heat ranges would work best. I’m very inexperienced with curling my hair but I got really good ringlets without much issues. The on/off button is right under the lever so it’s really easy to accidentally turn it off as your wrapping your hair which is kinda annoying. The iron itself is kinda short, works good for short to medium length hair, I have long hair so there was a bit of a learning curve.

The plastic part that you put your thumb on bends! I always have to bend it back up so that I can open up the barrel to get my hair in and out. I needed a smaller barrel size after I cut my hair and I saw this and thought it was perfect, and it was, until one day the metal or plastic piece bent and ever since it’s been a huge pain in the butt. The heat is alright, although I dislike the temperature control nob. It’s not very practical for keeping it on your desired level because of how easy it is to move. I love the tighter curls, I just wish it were better quality. Oh well, you definitely get what you pay for on this one.

My hair is very long and straight. I wanted to see what I’d look like with small curls and this iron did the trick! Curls stayed in tact all day and over night! My husband loved the look and so did I! Easy to use, classic curling iron style and gets hot fast!

I couldn’t wait to try this. I haven’t used a new curling iron in many long years, and I was delighted with the features of something modern and affordable. Being able to dial in the temperature is a great option. The instruction sheet provides a setting range that corresponds to the type of hair.
This iron heats up very quickly and cools down much faster than I had expected. The power switch and temperature dial are easy to locate. The cord attaches with a swivel at the base. This is supposed to allow it to rest on its stand without getting pulled over by the cord. The cord is heavy-duty and still needs some management. I think I will get used to moving the cord to the right place instinctively after more practice, especially since it enables using the stand.

This curling iron heats quickly and does a great job. I have had a Revlon curling iron for years that I have used for longer hair. I decided I needed a different one now and went again with a Revlon product. I was not disappointed. I love it.

Does just what my wife wanted and the real reason to buy this, she just stuck it into the hotel outlet and worked perfectly. In Europe. (you do need an pin adapter plug of course, but no convertor)
