This toothbrush only lasted 4 months. It no longer charges so it’s completely useless.
UPDATE – I contacted the company about the issue and they offered to send me a new toothbrush. They were quick to respond and very understanding about the issue. Hoping this new toothbrush will work longer!

I bought this to replace a Philipps that I had been using for about three years. I didn’t have the money to spend on another Philipps so, I tried this one, after reading all the great reviews. At first, the toothbrush was absolutely amazing, not quite as strong as my old Phillips, but a solid replacement and an excellent price point.. I guess I should have just paid the extra money because now I have to buy a new toothbrush anyway! It started turning off by itself randomly while I was using it, every time after a full charge-up over night! It kept doing this and made the daily task of brushing my teeth, after suffering two strokes this year, even more of a difficult task. I charged it and it turned green, I removed it from the charger and now it won’t even turn on at all! I tried plugging it in again. Nothing. No charge no power nothing. I have only had it for two months! Now I have nothing to use to brush my teeth, as the back and forth manual motion isn’t possible for me right now, due to medical reasons, and I can not afford to purchase another one. It was so affordable, and I was so excited, and it was working so well, and made me teeth so clean, and everything about it was so awesome, until, after 2 months it died… too good to be true. It just makes me very sad.

This is my first sonic electric tooth brush I’ve ever had and I am thrilled.
It is very easy to use and my teeth feel very clean after.
The battery lasts for many days and recharges quickly.
It comes with eight brushes, but it doesn’t look like you can purchase spare ones.
Therefore only 4 out of 5 stars.

The battery lasts for a very long time in this toothbrush. I only charge it every other month or so. I like that it has 8 heads that come with it, a case, and a stand. I do enjoy the different settings and my dentist always have compliments when I used a manual brush but since I’ve started using this one, he can’t help but come with compliments. I like it for the price and I would recommend overall.

I bought this to replace a Sonicare that I had for about 5 years. I didnt want to spend the money on a Sonicare because times are tough right now (we all know why!), so I tried this one since there were so many good reviews. At first, the truthbrush was nice, not as strong as my Sonicare, but a decent replacement and affordable. I guess I should have just paid the extra money because now I have to buy a new toothbrush anyway! It started turning on by itself randomly, I noticed because it woke me up in the middle of the night rattling on my bathroom counter! It kept doing this and ran itself dead throughout the night. I went to charge it and it turned green after a little while, I removed it from the charger and went to turn it on and now it wont turn on at all, even though the light is green. I tried plugging it in again and it did the same thing. It is now garbage! It wont charge at all.
Update 8/12/24: This company contacted me regarding the issue I had with the first toothbrush and replaced it with a new one. I hope it was just a dud that I got the first time. So far the new one is working great. I appreciate the customer service and standing behind their product. Thank you.

At first use it felt weird, the vibration touched a nerve/tickled and brush head seemed too small. By the 3rd-4th use I rather enjoyed the vibration sensation to my teeth and gums! The small brush focuses on each tooth individually and gets all teeth super clean, multiple settings! I felt like I had them professionally cleaned by my dental hygienist! Will feel different at first from original toothbrush but I WOULDN’T go back! Highly recommend it! We only get one set of teeth so invest in them and GREAT price for all you get! It’s light weight, performances a great job, and very easy to use, love it!

This was a great purchase that I made for travel and I love this toothbrush so much, that I’ll be using as my daily! The bristles are soft and it has several settings to choose from! It also came with several replacement brushes to last a while! And an awesome storage case! The battery holds a charge for weeks!

The functionality of this toothbrush was by far the best that I’ve experienced…initially. The battery also lasts long and I was beyond satisfied with the results on my teeth. But…the longevity of this product is just not there. A few months in after charging it the product would turn on with a light siren sound and no vibration. I repeated this several times and surprisingly the vibration came back and it was functional again. But by the next charge, the same issue occurred however this time it has not come back to life. Would love to rate this higher but the quality means nothing if the product does completely after 2-3 charges.
