This product needs to come with a big warning label that its use as topical hair solution can cause heart issues. Remember this product is not FDA approved!
You think it’s safe just because it’s topical? Think again. What’s topical can easily become systemic through air, your pores and capillary blood vessels.
I am a healthy individual with no prior heart issues. After just 3 days, I had palpitations and difficulties in breathing. An EKG next day showed a cardiac abnormality. After this scare, I did some research, and turns out heart issues are a commonly reported side effect. Wish I had looked it up before.

Strong alcohol smell from the bottle & if you happen to splash some in your eye when massaging into your scalp it will burn. But i’m not sure if the alcohol content evaporates quickly because Ive only had this bottle for 2 weeks and im already near the bottom!

The product isnt sticky or messy which is the only plus. Used for 20 days at .5 ML a day.. out already.. The bottle is white tempered glass so I couldnt tell how much was in there (maybe thats the point) wont purchase again

I am very happy that I bought this product,it really saved my hair,it’s really science based product,it removes the dht from your scalp only (unlike propecia that remove dht from your whole system which is not good and cause side effects) after just few days of using it I can see a major progress,hair got thick and very thin spots got covered on Crown area,it really saved my hair after trying so many worthless products,I recommend anyone has male pattern,many thanks for the seller!!

I’ve been on dutasteride and minoxidil for a few months now, and while they’ve certainly helped I do notice that areas around the temples still had “wispy” dying hairs and overtime I’ve slowly continued to recede.
Decided to try out this product due to fast Amazon shipping, must say I am very impressed! Only 2 days of applying 1 ml all over scalp before bed, even my girlfriend noticed my hair looked much healthier (without knowing I started a new treatment). Those wispy hairs that used to come out at the slightest tug are now firmly rooted and looking much thicker! As someone with fairly treatment resistant hair loss, I think I finally found the missing piece to my regimen. I am fairly certain this is genuine RU58841, and very excited about the reasonable pricing and fast shipping.
Beyond the fact that it works, I must say the carrier solvent is quite nice! minoxidil leaves my hair greasy or or dried out depending on the brand. But this RU I could apply in the mornings before starting the day and it won’t change the appearance or feel of my hair.
I would say it’s not a full replacement for Finasteride or dutasteride, but if you have stubborn hair loss that still falls out while you’re on those, this could definitely be the last thing you throw in on top to get you past “maintenance” territory and into “regrowth” territory.

I’ve used ru58841 twice daily for over a year along with Finasteride and minoxidil. I experienced chest pain that persisted for 4-5 months, noticed it would stop whenever I ran out of RU and didn’t take it for 1-3 days. I realized the RU was linked to the pain. A google search will show you that this stuff is linked to chest pain caused by lung disease. I stopped taking it a month ago and have been pain free. My chest still feels a little weird, but the pain is gone. My hair seems to be doing fine without it as well. This stuff is dangerous and you do not need it Finasteride and monoxidile work just fine and are much safer. I just hope I didn’t do any permanent damage.
