I have been using this cream for about a year and see significant lightening of my face skin and small dark spots on my face. Its also made a complexion much better, making your skin look fresher, lighter and skin tighter. Overall, I think its a great product. I do have couple of large dark spots on my skin that got lighter but did not disappear.
