The formula has changed since my past purchases from hsn and from the serious skincare website. It takes 4 or 5 pumps now to wash my face instead of just one. It has been watered down. It doesn’t foam very well and it’s really hard to rinse off. I feel a residue on my skin and it doesn’t feel clean.
