This stuff is incredible, flat out. I bought this because of a Tiktok video explaining how if you’re having trouble sleeping deeply as a woman, and you’re very restless at night but you can’t figure out why, you may be magnesium deficient. Also mentioned that it absorbs best through the skin. I figured I might as well try, but I refuse to buy from their ad, so I checked Amazon reviews and this one seemed pretty legit. Boy, am i glad I did, because WOW.
It genuinely started me how deeply I slept that first night. I don’t use it every night, partially I think because the heat wave we experienced caused a little separation, so it feels a touch more oily than before. On that note, try not to let it get too hot! Also because my wake up time for work varies, and I’ve missed my alarm before when using this.
Anyway, this cream made such a difference for me that when I heard my mom grumbling about restless sleep, and her husband teasing her about kicking him at night, I suggested she give it a try. I mentioned the possible magnesium deficiency, and she said she was taking a supplement for it. I mentioned about it absorbing better through skin, and she seemed skeptical but curious. She didn’t want to buy a whole tub right out the gate, so I put some of mine in a little tub and had her try it. Did it work, you ask? Lets just say, three days later she asked me to send her the link to the one I bought, which I did. So now not only am I sleeping better, so is my mother.
TLDR: 10/10 would recommend, worked wonderfully for me and my mother.

Tried this product out last night. It is very thick and creamy so if you like a greasy lotion this is for you. I will say it didn’t really absorb into my skin much. My legs and feet were still really greasy in the morning. So maybe try socks so you don’t slip and fall. My only real complaint is the smell. This smells awful.

I liked that this cream was not greasing.When I applyed this cream on my body it felt really smooth and gentle on my skin. No redness,/ burning /oily feeling.It really releived my leg, calf,upper arm cramps. I also put this cream on the bottom of my feet.(especially at night). This cream absorbs very fast into my skin.

As the headline says, this product helps me sleep as deeply and soundly as I did when I was a teenager. I’m in my fifties and occasionally have insomnia, but not when I use this product. I rub it into my calves, shins, and (if I really want a good night’s sleep) my thigh area as well. It does not stain bed sheets in my experience. Magnesium is vital for so many other things as well, including proper nerve and muscle function. Google it! I just ordered my fourth tub of this “butter” and recommend it to all of my friends who complain about insomnia.

There are no dislikes for this product but one: the price….I’m 93 kg and workout 6 days a week, if i use it after every workouts it ends up costing me around 50 £ a month….but I guess that’s what quality takes…it’s well worth it to wake up without heavy legs, or shoulder pain, or neck stiffness…

ORIGINAL: I purchased this anticipating it would be like most heavy body creams: rich and moisturizing, a but messy, but eventually absorbs enough to not be a nuisance. However, I was wrong. The first time I used it, I didn’t stir the jar up at all so when I woke up the next morning with heavily greasy residue where I had put it on my shins before going to bed, I thought maybe something separated or settled in the package. The following evening I stirred it up really well, applied an even lighter amount to my shins and a little on the back of my neck and went to bed. Again, those areas were a greasy mess the next morning. It does moisturize in a way, but it does not seem to absorb in the skin at all. More like it creates a film and sits on top of the skin until you wash it off. That wouldn’t be a problem if you want to use it on areas that do not touch clothing, fabric, hair, your fingers, literally anything else. The best way to describe it is if coconut oil and old school tanning oil had a baby and put it in a jar. I had reasonable hopes for this stuff, but I’m afraid I’ll just have to throw it away for fear of staining clothing and bedding.

The consistency of the cream makes me feel like I have oil on it rather than a cream. The texture feels nice at first but soon after becomes oily.
I am not sure I will repurchase.
